"Via You should totally come to this party later." Angie leaned on my locker.
"I dont know." I hesitated closing my locker and walking aside her.
"Parties aren't really my thing and I would much rather lay in my bed." I insisted.
"Via, you can't hide forever, you're a gorgeous girl who needs to have fun. Plus I think Hardin is going and I think he has a little crushy crush on someone." She slightly shoved me smiling.
"You went to the last party and look how well you guys hit it off! Who knows what can happen this time." She shrugged.
"Things are still really complicated with him and Aderina, I wouldn't want to interfere with them. I just really don't see myself going angie." I shrugged.
"I won't force you but, who knows maybe you'll have fun." She smiled as the bell rung and she walked away.
As I walked into my class Aderina gave me a look.
It wasn't a mean look but it wasn't a nice one either.

"It took you long enough to get in the car." Auggy growled.
"Do you ever just shutup?'' I groaned before getting in.
"Okay I'm gonna need you to leave all that attitude outside the car." He turned on the car.
"What's wrong?" He asked.
I stared blankly out the window.
"Nothing, look there's this party I wanna go to but I kind of need a ride.'' I asked.
"I'll take you but you're not going it's either me or Nolan going with you." He explained.
"Why do you two always have to go? I'm old and independent enough to go to a party by myself. I don't need you to always look after me, I'm capable of being responsible for myself." I defended myself.
"Fine. But when you get yelled at for being fucked up by mom i don't wanna hear it." He pointed out.
The car ride was silent with nothing but music playing in the background.
