"Now, remember what I said yesterday? Today you'll be making your own food!" You've learnt the names of Mandalay and Pixie-Bob, but the names of the tiger-like dude and the one who looks on crack weren't learnt yet.

Nevertheless, the class soon got over their exhaustiveness and Iida got them all to start getting the ovens ready. Iida set everyone into groups, and left you with Tokoyami, Bakugo and Sero.. 
Todoroki bent down to use his fire on his group's oven campfire thing.

"Todoroki! Can we get some over here?" Mina asked, jumping up with tongs in her hands. Todoroki stood up, ready to walk over.

"Bakugo, use explosion to light this!" Sero gave off the idea, but Bakugo was already crouching in front of the fireplace.

"Like I would, scum!" Bakugo yelled, however he threw his hand out, aggressively and lit up the fire place, damaging it and breaking it completely.

"If you only rely on others you will not learn how to make a fire." Yao-memo confirmed, but going against her word, she whipped out a lighter and started to use it. Jairo was puzzled by this.

"No, it's fine." Todoroki crouched down again, lighting his hand up and cascading it to the fire place.

While Mina and Uraraka praised Todoroki, you watched in muffled fits of laughter as Bakugo gave up and stormed away.

The dinner was terrible, it was full of flavouring and it was good enough, so the boys inhaled the food. They made a huge mess, and as it looked as if no one went to clean it up, you scoffed and went to grab napkins, passing Midoriya on the way.

"Where you going?" You asked, seeing the green haired boy walk away with a plate of food. He wasn't walking over to the tables, so you just wondered.

"Kota left. I just thought I should give him some food." Midoriya smiled subconsciously and looked down to the food. "I'm not sure where he going though...I'll have to follow his footsteps."

"Go to the cave place first. I saw it on the way into this camp, it looks like a place someone might go and hide." You waved your hand around as you continued to walk. "He's an angry kid, so don't get too close to him... I'm sure you learnt that from last time."

You walked inside, grabbing a handful of napkins and walking back outside. You skipped most of the steps as you did, walking along the gravel dirt ground to the tables and throwing the napkins at the boys.

"Clean yourselves up, you're like animals." You scoffed, sitting back down.

"Rude!"

"Um...L/n..." a small voice came from the next spot across from you. "I'd like to apologise...I know it might've seen like we didn't want to invite you to the pool, but..."

"We just didn't want to invite you and make you sit out." Uraraka added to Mimi's apology.
"Huh?" You couldn't care for an apology, but they weren't making sense.

"We were told you couldn't swim." Tsu said bluntly, the rest of the girls nodded with guilty looks on their faces.

You blinked, an exasperated expression falling on your face. "...what? Who told you I couldn't swim?"
You could swim perfectly fine, you just haven't for a long while.

"Todoroki did." At the mention of his name, the dual haired boy turned his head, his mouth full of food.

"Todoroki," you cocked your head to the side. "Why don't you think I can swim?"

"You said you haven't swam in years...doesn't that mean you forget?" He swallowed his food, but took another mouthful straight after.

"No...no, you see, it doesn't. I can swim." You now regretted ever making jokes or metaphors or sarcasm around this boy. God knows how many times he'll actually believe it.
"SO YOU CAN SWIM!?" Mina yelled out suddenly, knocking her food bowl off the table. "DAMMNIT WE MUST'VE LOOKED SO MEAN!!!"

After dinner, the girls went to their rooms and the boys to theirs.
"Hey guys, guess what I've got?" Mina smirked, whipping out a deck of playing cards. "Who wants to play!?"

The girls were all for the idea as they eagerly scooted towards the pink girl. Jiro's eyes looked to you, and you unfortunately made eye contact.

"Hey, don't you wanna play?" She patted the floor next to her, opting for you to sit.

That should've been the thing you said, but instead you were reminded of every word Midoriya has ever said about you making friends. Unfortunately, you had to make the effort yourself, as Midoriya wasn't here to force you around.

"Fine, whatever." This response stunned the girls for only a moment, but they shook it off as you took a seat.

Card games were easy when you knew the basic rules of the game, so when Mina dealt the cards to everyone and you came out on top, you could thank your years of tricking Gei into losing for it. 

"No fair, you're totally cheating!" Mina whined as she threw her cards at the pile, loosing yet again. 

"Maybe if we place a gamble of cards, then we could possibly win, instead L/n winning." Yao-momo gracefully set her cards down.

"You wanna start placing bets? That's new." Tsu observed, leaning back a little.

In the end, the girls and you choose bets. Being simple enough, Hagekure lost the first round, followed by Uraraka, Jiro and then Mina. Tsu was able to almost win, but thanks to a card Momo had, she then lost.

"L/n, wh don't we rise the stakes?" Her choice of words often came as annoying to you, she had no reason to be talking all posh as if she was Anne Shirley Cuthburt.

"If I win, then you gotta admit to Sero that your quirk works like poop." You smirked, tilting your head to the side.

"And if I win then we all have full access to calling you 'y/n'." Momo straightened her back.

"Ahh..." you shook your head as you looked at your cards. "Sorry peacock hair, but you might wanna go wake Sero up." You said as you placed your cards down.

"Funny." Momo placed her cards down, showing better ones. "Seems like the table have turned, y/n."

 I had to push this chapter bc after looking back, I saw that everyone suddenly started to call Yn 'yn' and it didn't really make sense, but also I hadn't finished writing this, so I just wrote whatever came to mind and published it, sorry Bruv.
