CHAPTER 11: HAPPY
EMBER'S POV
"You think that's her boyfriend?"
"Calderon? I'm sure she doesn't even know what that word means."
"There's a picture of them kissing. Haven't you heard about it?"
"No one confirmed that. Look at them. He's just her bodyguard. I doubt if she is even aware of his presence right now."
"You're probably right. If he's my bodyguard, I won't be sitting there like a statue. I'll be sitting on him."
I didn't let the sound of giggling bother me. Even their words just bounced harmlessly off of me. Hindi na ako nagugulat sa mga taong katulad nila. Iyon bang kahit na alam nilang nasa malapit lang ako ay para bang nanadiya na iparirinig pa sa akin ang mga pinag-uusapan nila.

"So she paid for the experience?" They started giggling again. "I wonder if she availed... other services. Maybe he's not really a bodyguard. You know what I mean?"
