BUILD

Days had passed since Build and Bible confessed their feelings for each other, and Bible had promised to court him. Build was on cloud nine.

Now that Bible had recovered from his fever, he frequently visited Build's house, bringing him food or flowers. This had become their daily routine before heading to the studio.

It was 6:00 a.m., and they had practice scheduled for their upcoming world tour. Their call time wasn't until 10:00 a.m., so Build stayed in bed, his body still sore from practicing the dance routine for "Mommae." Just as he was about to close his eyes, his phone rang.

Reaching for it, a smile spread across his face when he saw the caller ID:

[Bible].

He answered the call almost immediately. "Good morning," Bible's voice came through, raspy and sexy—Build could hardly handle it.

"Good morning," Build replied, trying not to sound too excited.

"What do you want for breakfast, Buibui?" Bible asked.

Build loved the sound of Bible's voice in the morning, loved how he called him

"Buibui." It was these little moments that made him fall even harder for Bible. Distracted by his thoughts, he almost missed the question.

"Hello? You there? What do you want for breakfast?" Bible repeated.

"Sorry, I got distracted. I'm craving an omelet and orange juice, but I already have those here. I'll cook when you get here," Build said.

"No, I'll cook. Be there at 10" Bible replied before hanging up.

Excited, Build jumped out of bed and quickly tidied it up. He went to the bathroom to wash his face and brush his teeth.

Just as he finished, he heard a knock at the door.

Rushing out of the bathroom, nearly slipping on the floor, he opened the door to find Bible standing there in all his flawless glory.

He was wearing a black leather jacket over a black t-shirt, denim jeans, and his signature white shoes.

He smelled like sandalwood. So relaxing, so calming, just so...

"Hi," Build said shyly, stepping aside to let him in.

"You hungry?" Bible asked as he walked in, removing his leather jacket.

"I'll cook, okay? Just sit there and relax," Bible continued, ruffling Build's hair affectionately.

At exactly 7:12 a.m., the two were in the kitchen.

Build was setting the plates and pouring the orange juice while Bible cooked breakfast.

They sat across from each other as they ate.

"You always wake up so early. I was supposed to go back to sleep," Build said, pouting.Bible smiled as he ate.

"We have to go to the studio today, and I know you can't cook for yourself. Remember last time? You burned the egg. Poor egg. So, I had to let you know I was making breakfast. I can't just barge into your house without permission," he teased with a shrug.

Build chewed his food and nodded in agreement.

Once they finished eating, Bible offered to wash the dishes.

"I'll wash the plates. You go wash yourself—you stink," Bible teased, earning a playful shove from Build before he headed to the bathroom.

When Build came out of his room, dressed in a white top and blue jogging pants, Bible was no longer in the kitchen.

Looking around, he spotted him on the balcony, with Build's cat, Mino, sitting contentedly on his lap.

Bible noticed Build and smiled fondly, giving him an up-and-down look.

"You look handsome and pretty at the same time," he complimented.

Build would never get used to Bible's compliments.

They always gave him butterflies and made his heart race.Bible set Mino down and stood up.

"May I hug you?" he asked.

"No," Build replied playfully.

"Please?" Bible pleaded.

Build opened his arms, smiling, giving in, and Bible walked toward him.

Bible wrapped his right arm around the back of Build's head, the other around his waist.

Build encircled his arms around Bible's neck, smiling.

"You smell like home," Bible whispered into his ear, nuzzling his neck.

"You smell like... cat," Build joked.

After what felt like forever, they reluctantly pulled away from each other.

"Let's go now," Build said.

They stepped outside, locked the door, and headed to Bible's car, driving to the studio together.

"Ew, lovers," Jeff teased as soon as they walked into the studio.

"They're lovers?!" Tong exclaimed.

"No, they're not!" Apo interjected.

Yet. Not yet, Build thought to himself, smiling.

"Ooh, I'm liking it here," Ta chimed in, seemingly appearing out of nowhere.

"Stop teasing them, guys. Leave the 'not lovers' alone," Mile said, standing next to Apo.

"Get inside, all of you, and practice!" the manager called out, herding them to their rehearsal spaces.

"I'll practice my dance first. We'll work on our skit later," Build whispered to Bible.

Bible handed him a water bottle and a handkerchief. "See you later, then," he said, turning to head to his designated practice area.

As Build entered the dance room, Us jumped on him, nearly knocking them both over.

"You two dating yet?" Us asked with a grin.

"Nope, not yet," Build replied, unable to stop himself from smiling.

"You look like you're glowing lately," Us teased.

"Stop it, Us!" Build giggled, covering his face with his hands to hide the blush creeping across his cheeks.
