Bible

Him and Build were at the studio, joined at the hip as usual.

Bible cherished every moment with him, silently hoping this happiness would last forever.

"Are you sure about this?" Bible asked, caressing Build's hand.

"Yes," Build replied confidently, intertwining their fingers as they both rose.

"EVERYONE! I HAVE AN ANNOUNCEMENT TO MAKE!" Build shouted, catching the attention of everyone in the studio.

The whole group—Jeff, Us, Apo, JJ, Mile, Barcode, Nodt, Perth, Bas, Job, Ta, Ping, Pong, Tong, and more—turned toward Build.

"Bible and I—"

"Are married?" Apo interrupted with his usual teasing tone.

"No! Not yet! Let me finish," Build scolded, giving Apo a playful glare.

"Are you two engaged?" Us chimed in, eyes wide.

"No, what Build wants to say is... we're boyfriends now," Bible cut in, glancing at Build with a proud smile.

Everyone pretended to gasp in exaggerated surprise.

"Oh, we've known for ages," P'Pond said with a smirk.

Bible and Build exchanged looks, stunned.

They'd thought they'd hidden it well.

"You two kept it a secret as if we wouldn't notice the red marks on Build's neck," P'Tong added, grinning mischievously.

Bible glanced at Build's neck, seeing nothing. Build seemed flustered.

"There's nothing there," Bible whispered.

Us pulled a face. "You two as lovers? Ew."

Bible laughed. "Asshole," he muttered at Us, knowing it was all in fun.

The group's joking took the pressure off, even making him more excited to introduce Build to his family that evening, on his mother's birthday.

***Later, Bible and Build were in the car, en route to Bible's family home.

"We're here," Bible said, parking. He turned to Build, who was fidgeting.

"Hey, I'm nervous," Build admitted, looking adorable in his anxiousness. Bible squeezed his hands and kissed his knuckles.

"They'll love you," Bible reassured him. He opened the car door for Build, and they walked to the entrance, hand in hand.

Inside, Bible's brother Jo spotted them first.

"What's up?" Jo greeted, then turned to Build. "We meet again!"

"Where's Mom?" Bible asked, feeling the excitement growing.

"She's in her room with Dad," Jo answered, smiling warmly at them both.

A few minutes later, Bible and Build were sitting with Bible's parents on the balcony. Jo and his girlfriend joined them. Bible took a deep breath and spoke.

"Mom, Dad, I'd like to introduce my boyfriend, Build Jakapan Puttha."

Bible's mother smiled and leaned in to hug Build.

He hugged her back, feeling relief and warmth.

"I've heard so much about you, son," she said kindly.

"And please, call me Mom. It's not like you and Bible aren't going to end up married anyway." She shot a mock-warning glance at Bible, who laughed.

Bible's dad watched, smiling. Bible felt a sense of contentment and relief at seeing his family accept Build wholeheartedly.

***Three Years Later

Build and Bible finally announced their relationship publicly, and the fan response was overwhelming with joy.

Their popularity soared—they were offered more photoshoots, modeling gigs, new series, and even film roles.

On their third anniversary, Build sat on Bible's lap as they reflected on their journey together.

"Bui, what's your biggest dream?" Bible asked, brushing a hand down his back.

Build paused, then replied thoughtfully, "To have financial stability, maybe become an idol, like a K-pop idol. And, honestly... to leave the country someday."

Bible nodded. "If they gave you an opportunity to be an idol, would you take it?"

"Of course," Build replied earnestly. "It's been my dream for as long as I can remember."

***Bible's thoughts wandered to those words from years ago when they were still dating, still full of dreams.

But now, as he sat alone, he couldn't shake the feeling that something had gone wrong.

Where did we go wrong, Bui?

The almost-perfect love story that had once seemed so bright had dimmed, leaving Bible questioning where they had lost their way.

Leaving him here alone, with nothing but the fragments of heir past, and the debris of their now non-existent relationship.
