The Ex

Saige-

I was woken to banging at my door causing for me and Chris to both jump up.

"Who is that?" Chris asked as he walked towards the door and I followed.

"Saige open the door." I heard along with more banging and I noticed that it was Anthony's voice

"What?" I asked

"Pack yo bags." Anthony said before storming into the dorm room and locking the door behind him

"What?" I asked

"Saige hurry up, pack now." He said and I confusingly grabbed my suit case from up under my bed

"Hold on where is she going ?" Chris asked but Anthony didn't reply

"Aye where she going ??" He repeated and Anthony sighed

"I can't tell you that Chris-"

"Nah if this is about the Ty situation I need to know what's going on because i'm the one that did the shit??" Chris said

"No one knows that, and don't try to be a hero because these niggas will kill you Chris. It's not just the Ty situation, Mani fucked up and added heat to the problem so now I have to move you." Anthony told me

"Move me?? Anthony I have school, I can't just miss school and fail because of this-"

"Saige, we'll figure it out later, but for right now please just trust me." He told me and I shook my head before continuing to throw my clothes into a suitcase

I gave Chris a hug before resting my head on his chest for a while and taking a deep breath.

After making it to Anthony's car he threw my suitcase in the trunk before we both rushed inside

"I need answers now, what's been going on??" I asked and he sighed before pulling out

"After the Ty situation we didn't expect any backlash, because Ty crossed territory so if he died, technically there wasn't shit that anyone on his side could do., but here's the thing.. Mani crossed territory as well." He started and I furrowed my eyes

"He went to New York and started pushing his 'own' shit, except for it wasn't his, it was uncle Dee's and pap's, when he came down here to see you, he not only took their connect, but he took product and been pushing shit up there every since. Since Mani crossed territory, it didn't matter what Ty crossed, it came very clear that one of our people cleared him, and of course your name was the first one to come up."

"How do you know that ?" I asked

"Once Mani realized he fucked up and started getting word back to him, he sent Deondre down here, they've been partners." He explained and I rested my head back

"Wow." I said before shaking my head

After a while we pulled up to an airport and I looked at Anthony like he was crazy.

"I'm of taking chances until we get this shit settled i'd send yo ass across the country before I risk some shit like this." he said before getting out and grabbing my suitcase.

Once I got out I noticed Dre approaching the car and he grabbed suitcase for Anthony before attempting to guide me towards the airport but I furrowed my eyebrows before moving

"Hell no, I don't trust him." I said before grabbing my suitcase out my hand

"I do, I wouldn't put you in anybody's hands if I knew they couldn't be trusted." Anthony said before pulling me into a hug

"You aren't coming?" I asked

"Not tonight, I'll be up there after I get everything situated down here." He said and I tilted my head at him
