LILY's POV
I woke up the next morning with a smile of my face.
I rolled over and checked my phone to see Koe Presleigh and Beau had texted me.

Pretzel👱🏻‍♀️💕- I see y'all got ice cream and made it home safe ttyl love you

what the actual hell is wrong with you?!?

GROUNDED!

ummm did y'all do something else?? Koe told me what happened

as soon as I wake up I'm coming to ground you. Young lady!!!!!!

good morning beautiful. I hope you slept great... I could stop thinking about you. I hope you have a great day. I'm off to work I won't be able to text until 5:00ish this evening.

    we went and got ice cream and rode around and came home. We didn't even kiss. Nothing happened. It was nice to talk to someone and have the company. He is a military child so he understood how I am feeling right now. Call me or come over when you get up

   good morning 🙂 I slept great thanks to you. I hope you have a wonderful day and don't work too hard.

I texted them all back before getting out of bed and walking to the bathroom to get ready for the day.

"Good morning dad" I said to him as I entered the kitchen where he was making breakfast

"Good morning sweet heart. Did you have fun lastnight?" He asked

"Yes sir... I ended up leaving with a friend... his name is Beau his dad lost his life in the marines. He is living with his uncle who is in the navy. I think he last name was Sheffield" I told him

" oh yeah yeah I know who you are talking about. His dad was Bobby Dixon! We were in the same platoon for a while!" Dad said

"I would like to meet him sometime.. if you want to bring him over." Dad added

"What about tonight?" I asked

"Sounds good!" Dad said "I'll grill"

"I'll ask him" I said

Beau🦆- hey I know you are busy working but would you like to come over and have supper tonight with me and my dad?

After my dad and I are breakfast we got to cleaning up the house... which wasn't messy or dirty but just tidying up things.

11:35am

"Hey lily I'm going to run to the store. I'll be right back!" Dad yelled from the front door

I decided to put my earphones in and vacuum and steam the floor.

I had my music as loud as it would go singing alone and dancing as I vacuumed. When all of a sudden I was picked up and thrown onto the couch making me scream to the top of my lungs

I looked up to see it was Koe. I took out my earphones very mad.

"WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT FOR?!?!?" I yelled at him

"YOU ARE GROUNDED! I told you you wouldn't answer my calls or texts and you ran from me! You missy are in big trouble" he said pointing his finger at me.

"Ohhhhhh I'm so scared" I said sarcastically

"You know what I told you Lily Katherine to save yourself. And you didn't" he said
