Today is Friday and I leave Monday. We have all of our things packed except a few daily things we will need until we leave.
I really dread having to move. But everything happens for a reason right?
I roll out of bed and brush my teeth and making my bed after.
When I got a call from Koe
L- Hello?
K- hey Lilly what are you doing?
L- getting ready for the day you?
K- Aw nothing much. Umm do you have plans this weekend?
L- Not that I know of why?
K- well we are taking a weekend beach trip
L-mmm I will have to ask my dad. Who is all going?
K- Well it's me Parker, Hallie(Parker's gf), presleigh has to work tonight but she will be there tomorrow, Macy and Alex(aka Dre) Pres said she would see if Brantley can come I think they are dating or about to be. Hell I' don't know
L- okay well let me ask my dad and I will let you know.
K- please come so I'm not a loner. Everyone else has a person but me
L- wait are you asking me to be your weekend girlfriend?
K- no.. that's what it sounds like huh? No I'm forreal I just don't want to be a loner. You know everyone has someone. And maybe I want to stay out drinking or go on the beach I don't want to do it alone.
L- okay okay chill out. I'll be your "person" for the weekend but we aren't sleeping in the same bed. We aren't acting like a couple... I'm talking to Beau still so there are boundaries!
K- yes ma'am. Just let me know what your dad says!
L- ok see ya
I made my way down to the kitchen to find my dad doing some paper work
"Goodmorning lady bug" he said looking up
"Good morning dad. Whatcha doin?" I asked him while fixing a glass of Tea
"Oh just some work stuff." He said
"Do you have any plans for us for the weekend?" I asked him
"I don't think so why what's up?" He asked me
"Well Koe and Presleigh want me to go to the beach with them for the weekend. They are leaving this afternoon and will be back Sunday night. I was wondering if I could go?" I explained to him
"I don't see why you can't go. We leave Monday so spend as much time with them as you want until then" he replied.
"Ahhh thank you dad thank you thank you! I have to go pack" I said hugging him before running up to my room
I called Koe about an hour later after I was fully packed
"Hey dad said I could go!" I told him
