6 months later—February 14, 2023

I woke up to kisses being planted on my face I opened my eyes seeing Jaiden.

"Good morning beautiful go ahead and go to the bathroom and do your hygiene and take a shower we have a flight to catch at 11:45."

I nodded and stood up I walked into the bathroom seeing my phone connected to my speaker I went straight to Rod Wave name and played his most recent album.

Once I was finished in the bathroom I made my way down the hall and into the kitchen.

"Where's my mama?"

"Her and Clifford left late last night after you went to sleep."

"Oh okay."

"I ordered Waffle House we don't have enough time for me to cook breakfast as soon as you get finished our Uber will be here."

"What about my bags?"

"I packed that last night don't worry I made sure that you have enough outfits for the trip."

"How long are we going to be gone because I have clients?"

"A week and don't worry me and Asia have all of your clients handled. She told me that you've been working at Dream Décor since y'all opened and you haven't had a vacation yet. Y'all been open for 5 years and you haven't had a vacation?"

"The mini trips that me, Asia and Kelly take."

"Did you work at any of those times?"

"Yes."

"Then that's not a vacation you will not be taking your work phone with you that's staying here."

"But-," Jaiden cut me off.

"I don't want to hear it no work phone at all only your personal phone and I have also let everyone know not to call as much either."

"Okay."

We started eating after we finished eating the Uber arrived and we walked outside the only thing that I had was my phone Jaiden had all of the bags and my purse.

"Go ahead and get in I got it."

Jaiden walked around to the back door and opened it I thanked him and got in. He nodded and closed the door I'm not sure where we're going but I do know that tonight is going to be special for the both of us.

These past 6 months with Jaiden has been nothing but amazing and he's held out this long with me and he neevr pressured me into having sex.

"Are you ready," Jaiden asked as he got in.

"Yes can I know where we're going."

"Yeah you can know now baby we're going to Jamaica."

My eyes lit up.

"Are you serious."

"Yes."

I hugged Jaiden tightly I always wanted to go to Jamaica but I always kept myself busy with work making sure that Dream Décor is successful.

Tonight is going to be perfect and I'm ready.

Montego Bay, Jamaica

We made it to our villa and I unlocked the door and walked in.

"Baby this is beautiful."

"I'm glad you like it."

"Like isn't the world baby I love it."

Jaiden walked up to me and wrapped his arms around me.

"Happy Valentine's Day baby I love you.'

"I love you too and thank you for being patient with me baby."
