I walked into Asia house and sat next to her she looked at me.
"Why are you at my house don't you got a home?"
"I do but I came to see my favorite sister."
"Boy I'm your only sister."
"What do you want?"
"What are you getting into tonight?"
"It's Veah's birthday."
"Oh shit that's right can you tell her happy birthday for me."
"Why won't you tell her?"
"Because I don't have her number."
"Tell her on social media."
"I did do that but I want to tell her personally."
"Tell her tonight at dinner."
"Okay."
"Wait what plans did you have tonight?"
"Nothing I was gon chill with you but now I got plans."
"What happened to that leech you was dating?"
"Broke up with her."
"Why I liked her?"
"No you didn't none of y'all did."
"Well because you can do better."
"You're right about that but who I want don't want me."
"How do you know that?"
"Because she told me that she didn't want me."
"But she needs a guy like you though you're so sweet plus I'm all in for y'all to get together."
"Really?"
"Yes I know what type of man that you are and Veah needs that in a relationship it's just that she's been hurt and thinks that the same thing that happened to her at 16 is going to happen again to her so she's cautious."
"I know."
"You got her a gift?"
"Yes."
"Do you have her a gift?"
"I always get Veah a gift it's out in my car."
"You got it bad for her."
"Since y'all was freshmen."
I'm 2 years older than Asia and Neveah so when they became friends and Asia brought her over to the house to meet us I was instantly smitten by her and wanted to get to know her. Now I'm hoping that she'll give me a chance.
"You got my clothes still here?"
"Yes."
"Alright I'm about to get ready for the dinner right?"
"Yes and me too."
We both walked down the hall and towards our rooms. Yes I have a room at my sister house just like she has one at my mine that she no longer uses now that she's married but when I wanna just chill and crash out at my sister house I can do that.
Hours later
We made it to the restaurant and got out yep I rolled with Asia and her fiancé Messiah to the restaurant.
"Happy birthday Veah," I spoke to her.
"Thank you Jaiden," we hugged.
"Damn you smell amazing."
