Why am I here? What is happening? I stood on the exact same spot for what seemed like hours. I carefully examined the magical area. I found myself in the familiar wide balcony, and the sky was painted in a dark blue shade. It was nighttime and I carefully glanced back to see myself once again sitting on a carefully sculpted, stone bench. She was resting her head in her hands and I could hear sobs escaping her mouth. I scanned her carefully. She was wearing the same black, strapless dress that I wore earlier. That's weird.
Before I could examine her further, a figure stood behind her. She didn't seem to notice as his eyes widened. He was wearing a black tuxedo and a black tie. He stared at her with wide eyes, for several minutes. Before she glanced up and rubbed her eyes carefully, so she wouldn't ruin the perfect amount of makeup on her. As she slowly got up to her feet, he only seemed to be walking closer to her. She sniffed and fixed her dress, before running her hand through her blonde, curly hair. He couldn't be closer now, as she turned around and gasped.
"Careful there," He whispered as he caught her by her elbows, steadying her.
She gasped when his skin grazed hers. Her eyes were wide and sparkled in the moonlight. She straightened up and tugged her hair behind her ear.
"I'm sorry, Your highness, I take full responsibility for crashing into you," She said as her eyes dropped to look at the white tiled floor.
"Please, call me Tyler," He sighed.
"Pardon?" Her eyes widened as she took a step back.
"Were you crying?" He asked, avoiding the topic.
"Please, I don't want to bore you with my drama," She closed her eyes, drew a big deep breath and exhaled slowly.
"Would have I been asking if I didn't care?" He smirked.
"I guess not." She smiled and walked to the balcony. She rested her elbows on the black, tall rails and sighed once again. He just stared at her, like it was the first time, he had seen a human being.
Suddenly, a figure appeared behind Tyler.
"Prince Tyler, your mother is asking for you," I immediately recognised that tanned skin, dark hair and deep voice. It still sent vibrations down my spine.
"I'm afraid I must leave," Tyler sighed and turned towards me. She slowly turned to face him as she gave him a heart-warming smile.
"It was nice, to meet you in person Your Hi- I mean Tyler."
"It was nice bumping into you," He winked. "What's your name?"
"Alexis - Alexis Considine," She grinned and before he could say anything else to her, Derek, grabbed his elbow and dragged him inside. I followed them, as they walked into a darkened room across the hall. The light was switched on and Derek had a sinister grin on his beautiful sculpted face.
"I see you befriended the bait,"
"What do you mean?" Tyler crossed his arms over his chest. "Didn't you tell me that my mother was asking for me?" He said while carefully scanning the room.
"Nah, it was just to get you out of there. Don't get too attached lover boy. But I like your plan, slowly rolling her in. I love it." He chuckled.
"What are you talking about?"
"The girl. She's on the list. Wasn't that the reason you were 'all over' her? Come on dude you are never all over a woman, you expect them to be all over you,"
"Yeah... I knew she was in the list," No, he didn't.
"You keep surprising me every day, with your amazing plans. Now let's get going, there are some wanna be queens waiting to meet you." Derek winked and opened the door. Tyler sighed and followed Derek through the hall, towards the tremendous room that was blasting with music. I followed them towards a group of about five girls, dressed in delicate and really expensive looking dresses.
