Hawks was trying not to pace, he had let this boy lead him to an abandoned shop, and he knew that they needed cover. And neither the commission nor the Paranormal Liberation Front would be searching this area of town for either of them.

But still, his senses were going haywire. Technically speaking, he had no reason to trust this boy. And yet he still followed him to what looked to be an old abandoned flower shop.

Though he would ignore the way his mind reeled at the fact that all of the flowers inside of the shop were still in bloom, spreading an albite relaxing aroma throughout the small shop. Despite the way, the doors and windows were boarded up.

Ignoring the lack of logic around him, Hawks turned to the boy who was leaning against the boarded-up door, staring at a small round oak table that sat in the corner of the room.

"So, you're telling me, that your name is Izuku Midoriya. You're 16, an Omega. And you want to help me?" Hawks questioned as he and Izuku stood a few feet apart from each other, the boy nodding in response.

"Okay... that's the last thing I expected. But I'll take any help I can get at this point." Hawks sighed, looking over his shoulder once again to check his surroundings.

"There is no one else here, only you and I," Izuku stated while Hawks raised an incredulous brow at the boy.

"No offense kid, but you're a part of the League, I still don't know if I can fully trust you." Hawks argued while Izuku sighed heavily and dug in his inside jacket pocket, making the Pro Hero's wings tense, at the ready to go against the boy in front of him.

He didn't know much about his quirk, other than that he could control the literal earth beneath his feet, and that he could heal just about any wound. And from the rumors he heard, he could even heal Shigaraki's decay.

So, he didn't want to underestimate the Omega in front of him.

Though when the boy pulled out a journal with a black cover, he tried to inspect it warily, only to flinch back when Izuku suddenly thrust it forward to him. "Here, take it," Izuku ordered while Hawks crossed his arms and raised his eyebrow higher. Making Izuku sigh in exasperation.

"It's a villain journal, as I like to call it. There are analyses on everyone in the league and analyses on almost everyone in the Liberation Army. Including all of the lieutenants." Izuku stated as he opened up the journal to reveal the analyses he had listed.

Hawks quickly took it from the greenette's offering hands, skimming through it quickly, his eyes widening at each carefully detailed description of both quirks and other physical and mental abilities. Weaknesses, strengths, and so forth. They were all listed in almost frightening detail.

"There are more heroes than I thought..." Hawks grumbled, his brows furrowing in annoyance at the sight of all of the traitors there were.

"You're... You're not one of them, are you?" Izuku questioned softly, and Hawks almost flinched at how soft and scared that voice sounded. Looking up at the boy, Hawks saw the glint of fear in his eyes, hidden behind his otherwise expressionless appearance.

But his body language spoke for him. His eyebrows were taut and he could see the way his legs twitched, prepared to run. And the man had to hold back the urge to grab the boy's hands and stop him from using his nails to dig into his nailbeds, drawing blood.

"If you are... just kill me now," Izuku spoke up once more, breaking Hawks out of his trance, only to leave the Pro Hero wide-eyed, and horrified by the greenette's order.

"If you're on their side... just kill me... I know Shigaraki will finish the job when he finds out. So, can you just do it? Anything would be better than dying that way." Izuku spoke quietly, subconsciously rubbing his left shoulder.
