"I'm still alive..." Giran groaned, pulling himself out of the cushion of vines Izuku had created to protect them from the fall.
"I knew Shigaraki would go big." Twice grunted.
Though Re-Destro had amplified in size, his entire body enlarged while the dark purple skin covered nearly all of him.
"Wow. You're a big one. So, how are you handling all of this? What was it again? A hundred and ten thousand people? You assumed you could leave the dirty work to your army and watch from afar. Safe in your little tower while the masses took care of us." Shigaraki questioned tauntingly as he stalked forward, while Re-Destro glared down at him from where he towered over the younger Alpha.
"Never thought we'd make it this far, did ya? Now everything's falling apart because you underestimated us." Re-Destro merely stayed silent, glaring down at Shigaraki with his white eyes.
"Talk! I'm asking about how you feel!" Shigaraki growled as he slammed his hands on the ground, destroying the ground underneath them as it all exploded. Twice grabbed Giran and ran off, getting the injured man away from the line of fire.
Though Izuku merely raised a chunk of earth into the air, jumping onto it before Shigaraki's decay could touch him or the floating boulder.
"You really wanna know?" Re-Destro growled, falling back down to the ground as he pulled his fist back, only to slam into the ground, seemingly crushing Shigaraki as the destroyed chunks of the tower and the ground flew wildly around them.
"Shigaraki!" Izuku shouted, the chunk of earth crashing to the ground as he tried to throw more boulders at the ginormous man, though Re-Destro was left unaffected by them all. Until he caught one and threw it back at Izuku.
To which the boy didn't have the time to move out of the way, resulting in the bolder trapping him from the waist down, crushing his right leg while he did his best to stifle his screams of pain.
"I'm furious, of course. I'm the type of person who bottles up my anger. It's a disaster for my hairline, I'm afraid." Re-Destro huffed the dark purple skin spreading further, while Shigaraki flew through the air, spinning around.
"Killed a lot of my warriors to get to me. Is this the hand at fault? It will commit no more acts of evil." Re-Destro growled as he grabbed Shigarki mid-air, holding his hand in his ginormous fingers. Though as Shigaraki tried to reach forward with his other hand, the older man grabbed his other hand, holding both of his hands between his index fingers and his thumbs.
"Not to judge a person by their quirk. The lesson isn't bad. It's the same thing I was taught growing up. The folly is meta abilities have a direct impact on personality. I'm sure you're aware. Given your ability to destroy anything you touch with your five fingers." The man stated as he began to crush Shigaraki's hands between his fingers while Shigaraki groaned and stifled his shouts of pain.
"I didn't get a chance to ask you earlier. Shigaraki. What burden will you take on? What world will you create? Or perhaps... You're just a hollow man. One who indulges in destruction without creating anything to justify it?" Shigaraki groaned, only to see one of the hands he wore laying on the ground, nearly destroyed.
"Hana's hands..." Shigaraki rasped.
(Hana my big sister... I remember that always happened. Whenever I cried, she'd pull my hand as I followed behind her. Hana was the only one there for me. But she was just being a kid...) Shigaraki thought as the memories of his sister flashed through his mind, he remembered All for One giving him the amputated hands of his family.
His mother.
His grandmother.
His grandfather.
His sister.
