"These damn bastards!" Bakugou growled, slamming the final villain to the ground, the man was already unconscious while the rest of the Pros began to tie them up.

"How did they even sneak in?" Kirishima huffed, looking around that their friends and the other few media personnel who were actually there as the press. Though he still couldn't find Izuku.

"No clue, but some of these guys are on the list for lackeys of what's left of the Paranormal Liberation Army." Bakugou scoffed, crossing his arms over his chest, only to growl at the state of both his and Kirishima's outfits.

They paid good money for these clothes, he wasn't an objectifiable man who valued possessions over most things but damn it. They had actually planned these outfits for a while to impress-.

Hold up where was Izuku?

"Where's Deku?" Bakugou questioned gruffly, looking around at the mess that was left of the Hero Gala, though Kirishima didn't answer as he began to walk around, searching the groups of Heroes and press who were talking while police and other paramedics began to slowly enter the ballroom.

Though once they found Mina and Ochako, the two checking each other over as they tried to talk with a few of the other inventors that they had been protecting, they strode over. "Oi! Pink cheeks, where's Deku?" Bakugou called, Mina and Ochako both turning to face the men as they came over, both now sporting confused expressions.

"He wasn't anywhere by us, we thought he had gone to find you guys once the fighting started," Ochako stated worriedly, and both Bakugou and Kirishima paled as they turned to look around the room once again, though once more, they found no signs of him.

That is until they heard screaming.

"Move out of my way! I don't need your help! Katsuki!" Both men snapped their heads to find the source of the commotion, only to see a woman that one hadn't seen in nearly two decades, and the other had only ever heard horror stories of.

"Inko?!" Bakugou shouted his tone a mix of confusion and rage. He had heard enough about the woman in the past six months that he honestly felt like starting another fight. And by the look on Kirishima's face, he could tell the redhead felt the same.

Though the woman didn't deter her efforts to get to the blonde, shoving past Pro Heroes and other police who tried to stop her and calm her down, in turn seemingly only making her hysteria worse.

"Help me!" Inko shouted, kicking another police officer in the shin when he tried to lead her away, glaring at anyone who came close to her. Bakugou huffed and stepped forward, waving off the others who had been trying to wrangle the woman, though neither Kirishima nor Bakugou met her with sympathetic expressions.

"Why are you here?" Kirishima growled, he most of all having no reason to show any form of decorum towards the woman. Bakugou may have grown up with the woman around acting the part of a good mother, but the redhead had grown up watching Izuku fearfully return home each day, only to show up once again the next with a new bruise.

He really didn't care if it came from home or from school.

"It's Izuku, that devil woman dragged him away and-." Inko began to ramble, only to be cut off when Bakugou grabbed her shoulder roughly, both he and the redhead staring at the woman with an expression of nothing but shock and horror.

"What devil woman?! Where is Izuku?!" Kirishima shouted, uncaring of the stares they began to get, not only from their friends but from the others around them.

"I don't know! Some shadow thing dragged him away! It-. It stabbed him straight through his side! I-I... I don't who she was, but she-. She attacked him and me! And-... Damn it just help me find him before he dies!" Inko screamed, ripping her shoulder out of the blonde's grasp to yank on his tattered blazer, tears streaming down her face in a steady stream.
