It just seems like
He doesn't care.
He swears he
Loves me.
And he swears he'll
Never leave...
But when push comes to shove,
I won't hold on anymore,
And I'll let him go,
Because I am on a tight rope,
Trying to give excuses for my heart,
And trying to convince myself
That he'll change,
And that I should hold on...
But eventually,
I will give up,
Only because
This boy,
Who once was mine,
Has forgotten me,
And he doesn't appreciate how
Valuable
I am,
And how he should treasure me.
But he won't know
What he doesn't have anymore
Until I am finally gone...
