I will remain
For a while,
On the edge.
Trying to define my feelings,
While trying to figure out yours;
I'm on the edge of the unknown.

Feelings unknown,
Feelings lost,
Thoughts unknown.

I know nothing
And you
Inform me of nothing.

And then suspicion grows,
Out of the silence
And secrets,
It grows...
And I feed it,
Gladly,
Because it's all I have.

I am on the edge.

And you won't save me. Not anymore. You never did.
You never wanted to; you lied to me.

And I fell;
I fell for you, and I fell for your lies, and I fell for the possibilities...

Damn, the opportunist in me. Always trying to grow and overcome.

It always gets me.
And now I'm on the edge.
