And suspicion,
Because you are so quiet, right,
And he keeps saying things,
And little do you know how much
He hurts me. Us.
And you let him.
It feels like a sort of betrayal...
How you let him love you,
And how you ignore the girl
Who has loved you since the start
So purely
And sincerely.
You are letting her go,
And that feels like a sort of betrayal.
