"This is going to be fun to watch!" Mikuru said, staring down at the two pink haired fighters on the ground.
"You don't sound too worried about the previous matches so far." Ryuko noted.
Mikuru puffed up her cheeks, nearly seeming like a child. "Of course not! My love will not fall to that sniveling swine down there with a flute and a big hat!"
Ryuko suddenly turned on her heel, her scissor blade millimetres from Mikuru's throat, her glare that of a thousand bulls after a red flag. "No one dares insult my allies.
Satsuki moved for the first time, reminding Mikoto that she was there. "Do not point a sword at my ally and I will find no quarrel. But, wait until you are to fight your own opponent."
Ryuko slowly pulled her blade away from Mikuru. "Just a while longer and this will be out of the way." She muttered, showing hints of the Ryuko Mikoto knew.
A sudden boom pierced Mikoto's ears, alerting her that the battle below had commenced without any signal. No one could hear what had started it clearly, the loud orchestra that had made the beginning boom was no where to be seen as Beethoven's symphony number nine began to play, all anyone knew was that Nonon had said something that set TeleDeath into an utter rage.
A flash of light and Nonon was in a ridiculously gaudy metal heart shaped speaker, that also was somehow hovering. Nonon's sadistic smile was easy to spot as she ascended to the hight of the platform.
Mikoto had lost sight of the other pink haired girl, forgetting that in both worlds Kuroko was a teleporter. It wasn't long before she had been found, on top of the speaker that Nonon was controlling.
A giant pillar had begun to fall from the utter force of the music coming from what seemed to be everywhere, when it suddenly disappeared and soon reappeared, slamming into Nonon's suit. TeleDeath disappeared, landing on a little cliff to the far side of the cavern.
Mikoto could tell it wasn't over yet, seeing that the suit was still able to hover. "This is not a good fight to be near." She muttered to herself. "We need to-" Mikoto suddenly felt a stabbing head ache peirce her thoughts. "AGH!!!"
Mikoto fell to the floor, her head having become lightheaded.
"You truly are stupid." Ryuko said, standing over Mikoto. "Life Fibers drink blood to survive, as long as you have yours activated, they will drain you. I suggest you wait to use them until our battle comes around."
Nui looked over at Mikoto curiously, "She might have a hangover, after all, that's what criminals tend to have problems with."
Mako also leaned over to view the situation, her face splattered with Misaki's blood. "She may be on her period." Mako suggested.
"W-what!?" Accelerator asked, blushing.
"You know, the thing that every-" Mako tried to explain.
"I know what it is!" Accelerator blushed furiously, trying to hide it.
"I will now do you any harm until our battle comes, that I can make good on my word." Ryuko said, holding her hand down to help Mikoto up.
Mikoto denied Ryuko's hand and stood up, deactivating her Life Fibers. "Fine." She mumbled, using the bar to help support herself. It took almost all of her willpower not to pull away from it, it being covered in her comrade's blood.
Mikoto focused in on the battle to find that TeleDeath had managed to redirect every missile, which all were in the shapes of recorders, at the very launcher that shot them at her, through her teleportation abilities.
Mikoto had found it hard to believe that there was another Kuroko, she found it even harder to believe that there was one that wasn't obsessed with her. She also tried to find a memory with Kuroko fighting so hard, but could find none.
"Dammit Kuroko. I never thought I'd say this, but I miss you." Mikoto muttered, drawing a strange look from Mikuru.
The fighting continued, until Nonon's armor exploded, causing a shock wave to push everyone back, but TeleDeath had managed to teleport just above it, so she was unperturbed by the blast. She began to fall, her face contorted in pain.
"Kuroko!" Mikoto shouted, leaping over the railing, knowing it was a long drop to the ground, one that no one should be able to survive. Mikoto made a diving position, trying to cut through the air faster to reach the falling girl. It took less than a second to catch up, allowing Mikoto to wrap her arms around Kuroko's body as she fell.
Another set of arms wrapped around Kuroko and Mikoto, the arms belonging to Mikuru.
Mikuru's eyes met Mikoto's, an unsaid agreement, an around greenest that they would win for their fallen comrades. Mikuru and Mikoto began to use their electromagnetic abilities to ease their fall, Mikoto moved her body, so as to take the brunt of the impact.
Everything was dark.
