Makena stood next to Tony as Steve had finished his speech. Man was he good at that.
"He's pretty good at that," Rocket spoke, almost having heard Makena's thoughts.
"Right?" Scott agreed.
"All right. You heard the man. Stroke those keys, Jolly Green."
"Trackers engaged." Bruce replied to Tony.
Clint looked at his hand that held Rocket's ship, only it was shrunk to the size of a baby pretzel. "You promise to bring that back in one piece, right?" Rocket questioned, still a bit nervous.
"Yeah, yeah, yeah. Okay, I'll do my best." Clint said with false confidence, not exactly sure of himself.
"As promises go, that was pretty lame," Rocket mumbled.
Bruce stepped onto the time machine and hit a button, Makena looked up hearing the beeping. "See ya in a minute," Nat smirked.
Everyone's helmets went on and Makena took a deep breath before everyone was sucked back into time.
Scott, Bruce, Steve, Tony and Makena all landed in an alley, not far from where the original five avengers were. They were back in 2012, the day the attack from Loki happened. Their suits disappeared into the object on their hands. Makena had wore her usual suit that Shuri had made her only a bit more improved due to Tony adding some features on it.
