Todoroki was not a nice guy. Everyone knew that. He was violent, aggressive, an asshole, kind of impulsive and a little disrespectful. However, there was one person he wasn't mean to, or at least in a physical sense. He remembers meeting Gigi 1 or 2 years ago(honestly he isn't sure how much time has passed). She was with Tsuji and Shibaman and he had beaten both of the up in front of her. Never once did she step in, only sitting aside recording the whole fight on her phone then laughing her ass off at how he brushed his hair away from his face and how Tsuji and Shibaman just gave like that. Todoroki found her interesting and she did challenge him to fight and Todoroki doesn't discriminate especially when a girl is asking herself to fight. But, something in him told him not to. Or maybe he couldn't get himself to hurt her. Gigi looked to frail— although later when she nuclear kicks a catcaller in the head, Todoroki figures out she's far from frail.

Todoroki thinks that if false advertising was a person, it would be Gigi Miyama.

She looked like sunshine— her smile all bright and pretty. Her dark hair shined brown in the sun, her eyes were full of so much life. She was mostly very gentle or it seemed that she was.

Gigi looked like she had such a delicate touch. After all, wouldn't a delicate touch pair with such delicate and pretty-looking features?

But Todoroki was dead wrong about that.

He found that out after he had been beaten up by Murayama the first time. They were at a convenience store and Gigi has shoved him into one of the fridges pretty fucking hard after he had absentmindedly made a comment about how short her top was and it hurt like hell. There he figured out that Gigi only looked delicate, in fact, she was far from it.

(After that, Tsuji and Shibaman sat him down and had a long talk about women, their clothing choices, and why that doesn't give him the right to say things like that even as a joke. Todoroki, unlike most men, was open to criticism about his ideology and later went to apologize to Gigi, who only smiled at him and made him paint the nails of her right hand a pastel purple colour.)

Gigi was very sweet though. He sees how she brings food for the younger kids at Oya Kou, cleans his glasses for him, and feeds Tsuji and Shibaman while they're too immersed in whatever game they're playing. Gigi was very sweet to everyone except the people that tried to hurt her or her friends.

Gigi who taught Nakaoka and Nakagoshi how to cook. Gigi who makes Todoroki paint her nails when she's too lazy to go to the salon to get acrylics done and because Tsuji and Shibaman are really bad at it. Gigi who goes out to play soccer with Yasushi despite saying she hates his guts. Gigi who lets Kiyoshi practice hairstyles on her because he wants to get into cosmetology school. Gigi who scolds Fujio for falling off the temple stairs again while cleaning his wounds and smiles when she sees him happily smiling at her. Gigi who makes Tsukasa open up about his feelings so he doesn't bottle them up like how he did when Fujio left for the countryside. Gigi who promised Shibaman's sister that she'd make sure he would have his meals on time. Gigi who makes sure Tsuji doesn't stay up too late playing video games and takes his medication on time. Gigi who sits there with Todoroki in silence even when he didn't ask her too because she just knows he wants the company.
