Dallys pov

The damn sky grumbles dark black clouds darkening the night even more I love thunderstorms its relaxing I usually listen to it when I'm half asleep all alone but I'm not alone tonight I'm with johnny

Johnny makes me feel a certain way man I don't know how to explain it but it's more than my other relationships this ones feels real. We've been steady for a good 4 months longer than any of relationships I've had

I've been with many but johnny has a special place in my beaten up heart

"Dal what movie are we gonna watch?" Johnny asks laying in bed covered up

I sigh and look through the movies I have which is not a lot I grab a random movie one of Johnny's favorites I put it in the crappy TV and click play on the remote I toss the remote to johnny and open the fridge

"Babycakes do you want a coke?" I ask turning to look at him

"Yes please"

"Ya know johnny you don't have to be so polite to me" I tell him handing him his drink

"Oh- yeah sorry dal"

I glance at him and frown I place my coke on the side table and sit on the bed Johnny sits up avoiding my gaze like usual he's never been the kind to look people in the eyes

Thunder booms reminding us it's still raining johnny flinches from the sudden sound I crawl up towards johnny I pull him towards me his head laying on my chest

"Relax baby pay attention to the movie and forget about the stupid storm"

Totally forgetting that the movie is playing Johnny's not much of a talker even towards me I usually have to bring up the conversation he pays attention to the movie

Johnny sits up I furrow my eye brows confused his head blocking my view of the movie

"Dally can you sit up?"

"Uh sure man"

I look at him confused he sits in my lap the back of his head facing me I wrap my hands around him I kiss his neck his ears turn red making me chuckle

"What's so funny dal?"

"Nothin doll"

I never knew someone could make me forget about all the shitty things in the world for just a couple of seconds man do I love johnny I wouldn't be able to live without him.
