Heath, Corey and Fly started working on getting the licenses, and filling the new trademark, and got a surprising lot of work done in the morning. After lunch, Corey left to help Bec. Right now, it's afternoon. Fly and Heath are at the solar blue house, playing snooker. The speakers are blasting "Sunshine" by 78 Saab.
Heath: We got an awful lot done today. I don't wanna get my hopes up, but it's really looking like we're gonna start training surfers next year. We might even have everything ready by next month.
Fly: I know, right? 2026 is gonna be the year of Solar Blue. And it still feels weird to say it out loud.
Heath: You bet. After 20 years, we're gonna be living here again. Life has come full circle.
Fly: I know. Never thought I'd be playing pool with you again, on this table.
Heath: This is snooker, actually.
Fly: Oh. I still can't tell the difference.
Heath: You see, the difference is that... Ah, screw it. They're both boring. Wanna go hit the waves?
Fly: Starting to think you were never gonna ask.
[They each grab a board, and go straight to the beach]
Fly: Can't believe I'm gonna be teaching kids how to do this.
Heath: ... You up for a little practise?
Fly: For what?
Heath: For teaching. Come on, let's pretend I'm a total noob, and I don't know anything about surfing.
Fly: Fine.
[Heath puts his board down, and stands on it in an awkward way]
Fly: (laughs) Okay, what are you doing?
Heath: I don't know anything about surfing, remember? You have to teach me.
Fly: ... Alright. Do it like this.
[She gets closer, and helps him stand properly. Suddenly, the two realize their faces got way too close to one another, almost kissing]
Heath: ... Wow.
Fly: ... What are we doing here?
Heath: I don't know.
Fly: We must stop.
Heath: You sure?
Fly: Yes, I'm sure. This can't happen again. It just can't!
Heath: ... Okay, okay. No worries.
[They step away from each other. Meanwhile, Bec and Corey show up, with boards]
Bec: Hey, don't you dare get those waves without us?
Fly: What happened? I thought you guys had stuff to do?
Corey: We finished work early. Now let's go, I wanna destroy the class of '05, and prove the superiority of my generation.
Heath: Oh, you're on.
[The 4 of them run towards the water, with their boards]
