Link couldn't fall asleep that night. At least, not very well. He stirred, twisted, tried to sleep on each and every side of him. At last he got up and decided to go collect materials.

I'd better keep up with my stock, he thought. And maybe sell extras. Doesn't hurt.

He quickly got dressed and made his way out of the domain.

Sometimes, when he was alone, he liked to sit and watch the animals in the middle of the night. They weren't as pretty as glowing luminous stones, but the way the moonlight reflected on some of their pelts was jaw-dropping. He collected luminous stones, flints, amber, hearty radishes, hearty truffles, hylian mushrooms, hylian bass, all sorts of different resources. Even wood.

He continued all throughout the night, completely forgetting about sleep. It was just one of those nights. He talked to people around the domain to complete side quests, and then went to read the stone monuments.

He cracked some skulls,  reflected laser beams, and suspiciously traded goods with a stall that came occasionally. [hehe]

It wasn't until morning that he realized he didn't get any sleep. "Oh, well, that's my fault. I was supposed to explore and go to bed when I got tired." He yawned and paraglided back to the rooms and knocked on Zelda's door.

A muffled groan came from inside. "What time is it....5:49? Seriously, dad...?"

Link couldn't help but smile. "It's me, Link. I thought you wanted to be up at 6 this morning?"

"Yeah, well 5:49 is not equivalent to 6, Link." She replied, moaning.

"Well, you know, maybe you need 10 minutes to get dressed, or something," he lightly teased her.

"Fiiiiiiiine," she huffed, and he could hear her get up. "Just don't come in."

"I know," he said. His face felt warm, and he could feel his ears go down slightly. He wouldn't dare entering without her permission. It wouldn't be worth the pain on his face if he did. Also people would ask about the red mark. Not worth it.

He heard footsteps, and looked up. Bazz stood, grinning at him. "Waking up your princess?"

"Yep. She asked to be woken up around 6 if she wasn't up already."

Bazz raised an eyebrow. "Your. Princess?"

Link realized what Bazz meant. "Oh, no, not- we're not- I'm just granting her wishes as her knight." He said, and looked down at his feet.

Zelda stomped to let them know she was there.

"I thought these doors were soundproof," Bazz said, "I'm gonna go...don't wanna be princess breakfast."
