One Week Later...

Go Shin-won sits in his chair, doing his weekly radio. He is immersed in the late night radio's script, smiling and looking at the EBS staff around him. Through the large rectangular glass he can see his guest watching him.

Jo Jin-ho, Pentagon's oldest hyung, has a fist up and is shouting "fighting!" at the DJ.

"This is night radio, I am Pentagon, Shin-won," Shin-won runs through his opening monologue and introduces his latest, newest segment with enthusiasm. "Choco-choco-beam!" he shouts out and a recorded noise follows him.

Jin-ho's hand cups over his mouth, stifling a laugh.

Shin-won ignores him and continues on, delving into a segment that takes fancalls with questions from "Chocos," his interactive radio fanbase, who were also Universe, Pentagon's fanbase name.

"Godi-ya, I heard recently that you wished to have a vacation away from all the members," a deep voice remarks, referring to Shin-won by his radio DJ pseudonym, Godi.

Shin-won startles and glances at the staff. How'd this person know? His eyes shoot to Jin-ho, who has already sensed the uncomfortable shift and has darted into the studio room. He storms over to the microphone, before Shin-won can reply to the fan.

"Who are you?" Jin-ho demands. "You don't get to talk to my friend like this! It is creepy."

There is a brief moment of silence, before there is laughter on the other end.

"Oh, Jo Jin-ho, so tiny and cute, we all know you would like a vacation too, Little Hyung."

Jin-ho freezes and looks at Shin-won.

Shin-won grabs the microphone, turning it back to himself and manages to stutter out, "Look, we're taking calls for the radio with questions. Please do not call back."

"You will regret hanging up, Go Shin-won of Pentagon," the caller threatens.

There is a clicking as the call ends. Then staff members are shouting to play a commercial and cut out the cameras in the studio. Jin-ho staggers into his guest chair and faces the stunned, bewildered Shin-won.

"Who was that? How does he know?" Jin-ho questions.

"It wasn't Changgu or Wooseokie. It wasn't deep enough to be Yuto," Shin-won says. "It wasn't Hui-hyung, Yanan's busy in China and Hongseokie's in the military, so it is most definitely not him."

"Let's face it, it's not something Hyunggu would do either." Jin-ho says, folding his arms across his chest.

Shin-won's expression twists into worry.

Suddenly the lights surge and burst into a pitch blackness. Jin-ho yelps in fright and dives out of his chair.

Shin-won manages to grab his hand and pull him toward the bright exit door. "Come on, hyung, something bad is happening!"

Jin-ho scrambles after him, allowing Shin-won to hold onto his hand. "I don't think that call was random, Shinwonie!"

"I know!" Shin-won shouts back, pushing against the door and bursting out into the hallway.

It is equally pitch black and frightening.

"I don't like this...I wanna go home," Jin-ho whimpers.

"It'll be okay, we'll be okay," Shin-won says, though his heart is hammering in his chest and his anxiety is through the roof.

Shin-won pulls the whimpering Jin-ho through the hallway and they quickly manage to reach the exit doors of the building, bursting out into the night. A familiar vehicle is waiting for them alongside the curb.

Shin-won halts, gulping in air and trying to calm his racing heart. "There! See, Jin-ho-hyung, I told you we'd be okay."

Jin-ho is near tears as he yanks his hand free from Shin-won's finally. "You did this on purpose, Shin-won-ah! You wanted to scare me! You set up the call and planned the lights going out like that!" Jin-ho wails. "Not nice!"

Shin-won shakes his head. "I promise you, I didn't. Come on, let's get in the car though and get home."

Jin-ho is shaking and in tears. "I'm never doing your stupid radio again!"

Shin-won guides Jin-ho toward the car as the back door slides open for them. They climb into the backseat.

Shin-won pulls the door closed and then turns to Jin-ho, who is wiping his eyes. "I'm sorry. But I swear to you, on Universe, that none of that was planned at all. I'll make it up to you, okay?"

Jin-ho looks at him and nods. "Fair enough. But if it wasn't planned...then...?" Suddenly his face goes blank and he whirls around in his seat.

That's when there is an ominous clicking of locks.

"SHINWONIE!!" Jin-ho screams as Shin-won lunges for the door to pull it open.

The engine of the vehicle roars to life and then he is jerked forward and backward as it launches away from the curb and the EBS building with them in the back.

"DO SOMETHING!!" Jin-ho shrieks.

Shin-won spins to him. "Jin-ho-ssi, I'm going to need you to be strong."

"STRONG?! I'm short and I'm freaking out right now! This is NOT our car! This is bad! REALLY REALLY BAD!" Jin-ho screams.

Shin-won takes Jin-ho's hands into his own hands. He notices the bars separating them from the driver and passenger seat now. A new dose of terror and anxiety settles in now. He is at a loss for what to say or do.

"Where is he...she...they...it...taking us?" Jin-ho mutters in a high-pitched whine.

Jin-ho is right, this is very bad. But at least, maybe, this means they're getting their vacation that they did want?

Just with a spark of kidnapping...?
