"Where is he...she...they...it...taking us?" Jin-ho mutters in a high-pitched whine. He is still reeling and frightened from the scare in the radio studio. He notices Shin-won gripping the arms of the car seat rather tightly.
"I don't know, hyung..."
Jin-ho turns to look at the bars and squints trying to see through them. He can just make out the arm of the driver. It doesn't do much in answering his question as it's just a piece of black fabric.
"There is no need to be so worried, Tiny Hyung," the voice booms out again. "You sound just like my good friend, Moon Tae-il..."
Jin-ho looks at Shin-won, perplexed. He mouths out, "Did he say Moon Tae-il? NCT 127?" to which Shin-won shrugs.
The voice continues to speak to them, "Yes, the one from NCT 127. He too thought this was a kidnapping. But I can tell you, it's not. You both willingly got into the car. Last I checked, that's what surveillance will show. There's no kidnapping involved here at all. I promise. That is not the intent at all. You can trust me."
"How so...?" Shin-won whispers.
The voice chuckles. "I'll let you in on a secret. You two will be the only ones to know the destination of your vacation...you've been invited to...the grand and exclusive...Jeju Island! A week completely paid for."
Shin-won yawns. "Jeju...is...nice."
Jin-ho whirls to him. "I don't trust..." He trails off with a massive yawn.
Shin-won's grip relaxes and he nearly cuddles into the chair, fighting off the sleep. "Sleep...good..."
"Shinwonie, don't--!" Jin-ho begins, before hearing the soft snoring from his bandmate.
Jin-ho, meanwhile, folds his arms across his chest and mutters, "Ugh, I don't trust people I don't know or can't see..."
"You really should learn to," the voice hisses. "Jo Jin-ho..."
Jin-ho's eyelids suddenly get heavy with sleep. Slowly his body eases and then within minutes, his eyes are closed, his arms are draped to both sides of him and he's fallen into a deep sleep like Shin-won beside him.
"Sweet dreams of Jeju Island...gullible little idols."
