"MARK!" Haechan cries out and darts forward, throwing his arms around him. "Thank God!"
"Good to see you too, Haechan-ah."
"Taeilie..."
"I know...I heard...he's been abducted," Mark says and looks at WinWin, who is hanging his head. "WinWin, uh...Dong Sichen, I never thought--"
WinWin's head snaps up. "Me either. We did this. Tae-il's in trouble because of you and I."
"And we're going to end it. The dragon's ruling of Jeju is over. It's time for a new leader." Mark steps forward toward them and whips his sword out. "Are main focus first is getting Tae-il out of that wicked, lying dragon bastard's clutches."
"Right," WinWin exclaims.
"So, how are we doing this?" Ravn questions, flying to perch on Mark's shoulder.
WinWin, Hak-nyeon (holding Maverick's reins in his hands), Dami, Kyung-hwa, Shin-won, Jin-ho, Seo-ho, Seung-kwan, Jae-min, Ryu-jin and Jeong-yeon all look on with curiosity.
Haechan folds his arms. "You pick now of all times to show up?"
Mark shots Haechan a glare. "Settle down Dong-hyuck, I told you, our focus is saving Tae-il from the bad guy."
"And we're wasting time! What if he's torturing my Taeilie?" Haechan snaps, feeling the fury boiling inside of him once more. "I could bite someone's neck right now!"
"Kinky, Haechan-ah," Jae-min says, grinning.
"NCT people are weird," Jin-ho remarks.
Shin-won nods his head.
Haechan's face reddens, propelled by his inner rage, until...POOF! He vanishes in a cloud of smoke.
"Lee Haechan-ah!" Jae-min gasps. "You're a bat?!"
The smoke clears to reveal Haechan in his bat form once more. The sun shines overhead, its rays beating down on his wings. He suddenly opens his mouth and a stream of fire shoots out.
"WHOA! Haechanie!" Mark scolds, glancing up at him and raising his sword. "Watch it! I know you're mad, but we have to make a plan first."
Haechan's wings beat the air angrily. "You all can! I'm going to rescue my Taeilie!"
Ravn zooms for the bat and cuts him off. "You can't go alone! You know what we are up against!"
"And suddenly I'm feeling rather powerful myself thanks to the rays of the sun, Ravn. I'll be fine. I'm probably the only vampire fueled by the sun, but then again my name, 'Haechan,' means 'shine bright uprightly' and I am known as 'full sun!' I got this!" He turns to glance up at the sun. "I'm coming Taeilie!!"
With that, Haechan zooms away from them, heading toward the ocean and in the direction of the small isolated island, Udo.
"You can't break apart Sun and Moon," Mark mumbles to himself.
"Right," Jae-min agrees as Seung-kwan entangles his arms around his once more and smiles up at him.
"I don't think you're weird, pretty pretty Jaeminie," Seung-kwan coos, nuzzling his head against Jae-min's arm.
"Thank you, Seungkwanie," Jae-min says. "I like your flower crown a lot, by the way."
"Alright, Haechan can distract and prolong the villains, while we form our plan and then come as a sort of second wave attack. This could work, he might be a brillant, stubborn, love-struck man," Mark says and proceeds to use his sword to draw out a plan in the grass and dirt.
Mark leads the others to form a quick plan, before they all band together and head back toward the waters.
Meanwhile, Haechan gets closer and closer to Udo. He pulls back, hearing a shrill scream of distress. "TAEILIE?!"
