Kyung-hwa follows Shin-won into the kitchen. "What are you looking for? Shouldn't we be out there with them? Are we really going to be the only ones to leave?" She freezes as Shin-won halts and spins around to her.

"I didn't say that you had to come with me," Shin-won says.

Kyung-hwa opens her mouth and then closes it and pouts. "True. I wanted to."

Shin-won gently taps her chin. "I know...you can't resist me?"

"Shin-HEY! Now, hold on a second here," Kyung-hwa says, stuttering and taking a step backward. "You can't just say that."

"It's the truth though, is it not?" Shin-won questions as he goes over to a pantry and opens it up.

"Yes, but--"

Shin-won breathes a sigh of relief, abruptly cutting her off. "Oh, good," he says as he turns around to look back at her. She has her hands on her hips and is gawking at him. "...we have some. Phew. Okay, we can go back out now."

"Have what?" Kyung-hwa asks, cocking her head to one side in perplexment.

Shin-won looks at her. "You should know that I am VERY serious about my potatoes."

Kyung-hwa's cheeks flush red and her mouth opens slightly as she stares at him.

Shin-won puts a hand on Kyung-hwa's shoulder. He is about to say something else to her, when...

Suddenly to their right, through the large picturesque window is a bright flash of white light.

Shin-won and Kyung-hwa gasp and look at each other, bewildered and mortified.

"That can not be good," Kyung-hwa says.

"Not at all," Shin-won agrees. "Let's go!"

The two rush to the door and throw it open.

"Wait...wasn't it just night-time...?!" Kyung-hwa gasps, looking to Shin-won, who is equally as shocked and confused as they find themselves standing under the bright-warm afternoon sun with a crisp cool sea-breeze blowing through their hair.
