Vol 3 Chapter One - Day #1

September 25th, 1763, Sunday. 7 pm.

Barry was clinging tight to Jeremy on the Gladius Ultima as they sped toward the Underdark.

Suddenly, they come to a halt.

Jeremy: Barry, I don't think you're ready to see the Underdark.

Barry: What? You were so eager to take me five seconds ago!

Mitsuki: {He's a stone-cold hottie, he can change his mind, y'know?}

Jeremy: I saw a lot of... disturbing things down there.

Barry: Like what?

Jeremy: Everywhere you look, blood.

Barry: I can handle that! You forget I planned to be a doctor.

Jeremy: Right, right, maybe I was being a bit overprotective.

They started back down the road.

Barry: We love you.

Jeremy: I love you too, babe. Wait, we?

Barry: Mitsuki hopped on the hot drow appreciation bandwagon.

Mitsuki: {N- No, I didn't, shut up.}

Barry: I overheard him talking about wanting to have a foursome with you and George.

Jeremy: Seriously, even your demon is horny?

Barry: Well, he is part of me. 

Jeremy: Well, the close technique should make that possible.

Barry: Oh my gods, I can literally go fuck myself, and I've never done it before. Mitsuki, I have an idea~.

Jeremy: If you do, can you film it for me?

Mitsuki: {Is he just a cuck or something?}

Barry: Jeremy.

Jeremy: Yeah?

Barry: I know this is a lot to ask, and we've only been together for a few months, but... When we get back to our time... if we get back to our time...

Jeremy: What is it?

Barry: Will you marry me?

Jeremy turned pink and almost fell off the bike.

Jeremy: I- I'm sorry, what did you just ask me?

Barry: I have a feeling it's gonna take us a while before we get back home, so, when we do, will you go down to city hall with me, and get legally married?

Jeremy: Give me some time to think about it, this is a huge decision.

Barry: Okay, it was just a thought anyway.

Mitsuki: {What I'd give to be married to such a hottie.}

Barry: Hah, my demon's in love with you too.

Jeremy: Seriously? 

Barry: Yeah, he just said he wanted to marry you too.

Mitsuki: {That's not what I said.}

Jeremy: I hope he knows the only reason I don't try to kill him is that he's tied to you.

Mitsuki: {Wow, so the truth comes out.}

Barry: Yeah, he made my life living hell, but, in all honesty, I think he's had a change of heart. I think he's legitimately trying to change.

Jeremy: People don't change, Barry. They stay the same and pass their flaws on to their progeny.
