2015, July 13th.
The Byrne family was sitting together in Jason's living room.
A young Evelyn was playing with Jamie and they were getting a tad too rough.
Ashe: Careful you two!
Cassie was watching.
Cassie: Don't worry, I'm watching them.
Ashe: I know, but...
Cassie: You still can't stop thinking about Zoe, can you?
Ashe: No...
Cassie: I will put her back together, I promise.
Jason walked in holding a birthday cake.
Jason: I wonder where she is. She should be here by now. She's supposed to be the one cooking!
Ashe: Don't worry, Dad. Mom'll be here soon, I just got her text.
Jason sighed and went to the kitchen.
Jason: That woman is gonna be the death of me. Somehow.
Jason put the cake in a locked box in the cupboards.
He got to work making chicken nuggets and fries, a common meal in the Byrne house, after all, it was just Jason, Evelyn, and his wife most of the time.
His wife burst through the backdoor covered in blood with a gun in her hand.
She was a demi-rabbit with red fur (originally white).
Jason: Medea, what did you do!?!
Medea: I swear it's better than it looks!
Jason: You told me you'd stop killing 200 years ago!
Medea: I lied, but I swear I have a good reason!
Jason: Okay. Go. Give me your good reason.
Medea: He stabbed me first.
Jason: This is why I should've left you a century ago. Your bloodlust just can't be satisfied, can it? You killed our children, and that woman you thought I was flirting with, and now who was this one, huh?
Medea: A government official... and his son.
Jason: Have a good time rotting in jail.
Jason picked up a phone.
Medea shot the phone out of his hand.
Medea: Please, give me one more chance.
Jason: I shouldn't have even given you the first chance.
Ashe: WHAT WAS THAT???
Jason: Just your mother covered in blood shooting a phone out of my hand, dear. Nothing that hasn't happened before.
Medea: After a certain point even I have to wonder why you're still with me.
Jason: You give good head.
Ashe: Dad!
Jason: What? It's true. She has a mouth like an angel, but the personality of Satan.
Medea: I'm not that bad.
Jason: You're addicted to killing people, that's pretty bad.
Medea: I'm not addicted, I can stop any time I want.
Jason: That's what you said 200 years ago.
Medea: And I did stop!
Jason scoffed.
