Lost

Three years had passed since the girls were taken, that was three years of non-stop torture for Aurora, she couldn't get used to it as they kept creating new ways to avoid her becoming accustomed to the pain that they gave her. The two eldest brunettes killed and hurt many people, she hated every moment of it, hated how she couldn't do anything for these people while they suffered and died.

Aurora didn't know how it happened, didn't know why Hydra hadn't killed her or taken her away from Bucky but they fell in love again. They were in love again, it felt like a dream, her new name was silly in her mind but Bucky teased her for it.

Winter's Princess.

Hydra took advantage of their unavoidable relationship, using it for their assassin work and gave her the name of the man Bucky hated he was. The Winter Soldier was an arrogant and cocky bastard around her, the evil side of Bucky was becoming unavoidable but his love and kindness were still there for her. Bucky walked over to her, she sighed seeing the objects in his hands and shook her head.

"Who now?" She questioned sadly as Bucky placed the glasses over her eyes and the mask over her mouth.

"A couple. They haven't told us what we're grabbing yet." Aurora stared at him, he knew what she was feeling and knew that she wasn't showing anything that she was feeling. Bucky's demeanour changed as they walked side by side into another room, they were informed of what was happening, it wasn't a mission where they'd be gaining information, it was a torture mission and it was Aurora's job to do it while Bucky would watch.

Aurora froze as she saw the two people she'd be torturing and killing, Bucky glanced at her his glasses hiding his eyes and his mouth covered by the mask. Aurora already felt the tears pooling in her eyes, she stared at her parents and saw the distorted look in their eyes. Aurora grabbed her gun from her hoister and raised it at her father. Her hand shook slightly, yet even as her heart broke she shot them both with her world crumbling. She turned away from them, Aurora walked into a room and placed all her equipment down, then placed both her hands on her head.

"They were my parents, they wanted me to torture them and then kill them but I didn't. I knew that when I made the choice that this would end up in my torture. I'll see you in a while." Bucky placed a kiss on her forehead, took his items off and then left the room for the girl to be injured worse than she probably has ever been.

Aurora was placed onto a surgical table, strapped down and injected with a chemical. A laser was placed above her, it was placed on her forehead and it seemed to ignite the chemical. All the pain came back to her, every single form of torture she endured came back to her, it was all there and it never stopped.

The girl went back into her room and took a step back from Bucky as he went to check over her. He looked at her worriedly, wanting to know what was the problem and saw fresh marks on her body.

"They're getting smarter, they injected me with something, activated it and I endured three years of torture all in the space of hours." Bucky frowned at her form she looked as if everything had been sucked out of her like any form of personality was gone. She looked more like him every day and he hated it.

"She doesn't have a family anymore, she doesn't have me or her parents and the next time I see her I have to tell her they're dead." Bucky shook his head, he grabbed her hands despite her protest and stared at her with a loving look.

"I'll do it for you, I'll tell her, that it was so they could hurt you more. I won't say that you did it, she'll never have to do it because you wouldn't do this if everything was going your way." Bucky kissed her forehead, watching as tears ran down her cheeks.

Aurora sat down on her bed, staring at Bucky as he walked closer to her, he sat beside her and pulled her into his chest, placing gentle kisses on her face. Aurora pushed herself away, it hurting more as she stared at his broken form.

"This isn't going to last, you know it and we're going to suffer regardless of how we do anything," Aurora explained, trying to distance herself away from Bucky he nodded and gave her the space to relax and calm down from the emotions she was feeling.

Bucky stared at the brunette, after a few hours, he walked to the girl and cupped her face in his hands. He moved her to the bed, carefully sat her down and started massaging the scars that painted her skin. Aurora flinched every now and again, staring at Bucky as he grabbed her arm, the first scar she ever got was fainter than before and he ran his thumb across the area, thinking deeply, thoughts running through his mind and sadness on his face.

"Pierce, I hate him, that bastard hurts you and you're fading away. Bucky, I need you to kill him. Please." She whispered, Bucky grabbed her hands, rested his chin on her shoulder and turned his head to her ear.

"I will do what you want, I promise, it will come and you will be free. It will hurt, but you're going to do it." Aurora closed her eyes as Bucky pecked her neck, then placed a kiss on her cheek. Bucky had a plan, she didn't know what it was but she knew that something was forming in his mind and knew that he probably had everything in action since the moment they first bonded.

"Winter's Princess and the Winter Soldier are required." Bucky got the girl ready, he walked out with the girl in his own uniform, they stared at Pierce and were informed of their mission. Aurora followed the others into the helicopter, Bucky sat beside her and rested his knee against hers.
