A road trip sounded like a good idea.
Take a few days off to travel throught the country.
We didn't thought it would be the last. But I couldn't be happier about it.
A few hour ago me and my friends were at a small village, looking for a place to eat.
We asked on of the residents for places to see in that area. The elderly woman gave us a warm smile and told us about a lake, about an hour distance from there, where we could see the mountain range.
We hopped in the car and hit the road, excited to see the view and maybe go for a walk around it.
I was the one driving, so I was more aware of what was ahead of us. The road seem old, the tar had big cracks and was missing in some places. The last signs that were still up were rusted to the point of not being recognizable.
The road wasn't prepared for cars, no one would drive past a certain point.
I thought about turning around, or perhaps hike the rest of the way. But when I saw the lake at the end I was glad didn't do it.
The lake extended longer than we could see, the mountains in the back looked like were growing from the water.
It's a beautiful view, the most beautiful view. A view everyone must see.
After a few minutes I spoted something in the water.
A log? No, it's bodies. My friends bodies.
That can't be, they are by my side, we did this trip together.
It's not their bodies.
It can't be their bodies.
I don't recognize the bodies in the water.
I don't recognize the bodies in the water.
I don't recognize the bodies in the water.
My friends are not by my side. I can't see where they are with all this fog around me.
Maybe they fell in the lake.
Maybe it's their bodies in the water.
They have the same clothes has my friends.
I have to help them. They can't stay there alone.
I recognize the bodies in the water.
I recognize the bodies in the water.
I recognize the bodies in the water.
You also have to see them. They are calling for you. They need your help.
Come to the lake.
Come join us.
