Kiibo's eyes searched the mass of pink, trying to comprehend what had just happened. Had another murder just happened? The motive had only been announced 40 hours ago! Who was the victim? Why was there so much blood splatter on him.
His eyes whipped around. Things were different right now---Korekiyo could probably slit his throat with a butter knife right now. Human bodies were soft and fragile, so different from metal. He had to recognize that and not make risks. He sort of didn't want to die at this moment.
He took a step, wincing when he saw how the blood went squelch under his sandals and clung to his bare thighs, providing a striking contrast to the dark undertone. His eyes made out a blood soaked skirt floating close to him. But there was something wrong.
There was no body.
No tissue, no muscles. Not even the slightest hint of a gleam of shiny white bone in the sea of pink. It was so wrong.
He picked out the vest and waded his way out of the blood, determined to alert the others.
He started rattling on Korekiyo's door first because in this situation Kirumi was probably the only one who still had her head in the game. The had agreed to swap rooms with each other at Kaede and Tenko's request(Kiibo still didn't know the reason why, though.)
"Yes?" A familiar eerily tall, slender figure opened the door, thin gold eyes flashing. Kiibo gulped. Even though he knew this wasn't Korekiyo's soul, his scepter-like presence was still there, and it scared Kiibo.
"There's a body, Kirumi!"For about 3 seconds, there was no emotion in Kiyo/Kirumi's eyes. She just regarded Kiibo with a dead glare. "Is this true?" she asked quickly. "Where is the body?
"Just outside the dormitory."
"I'm taking the body discovery didn't sound?"
"I think I was the first person to find the body. There was no one there already. Tell you what, I'll go get one more person and we can get it to sound. This case is really weird."
"I'll meet you at the crime scene then," Kirumi said curtly. "And give me that skirt. You look like a pervert holding it."
Kiibo had nearly forgotten about the bloodstained article of clothing that was dripping on the floor and sheepishly handed it to her. "It was at the crime scene."

The Body Discovery Announcement didn't sound.
Kiibo, Kirumi, Korekiyo, Kaede, and Angie stared at the large pool of blood so much they felt like their eyes would go square, waiting for Monokuma to show up. Tenko, in Kaede's body, was lying dead in front of them, and the Body Discovery Announcement didn't sound.
"What's taking Monokuma so long?" Kaede wailed. "We have more than 3 people here. What is going on?"
"He usually shows up on the monitors before we have time to process the fact that someone is dead, even if the murder occurred in the unholy hours of the morning." Kirumi muttered. "I think someone should go get him."
"B-But, if we don't tell him, then we won't have a class trial, right? We don't have to go back down there anymore! This is Atua's blessing! We should use it to our full expense!" Angie smiled metallically.
"Are you implying that we should just forget that this ever happened and go back to sleep?" Korekiyo stared at the robot in disbelief. "That is incredibly cruel. Her killer deserves justice."
Then what about you? Kiibo wanted to say.
"I think Kiyo is right. If the killer is still among us, remember, they haven't gotten to the primary objective of getting out of here. I think they are just as angry as the rest of us. They're gonna strike again." Kaede reasoned. "If we fight it out fair and square on the trial grounds, it's gonna be a lot better for all of us. I believe in us getting it right!" She flexed her bicep.
"That was when we had the Ultimate Detective," Kiibo pointed out. "I'm just being realistic here, but are you really sure we will be able to get this, 4 times in a row? And this time there is no body. How can you find a reasonable, correct explanation for this mystery? Why can't we just wash away the blood and swear to stay very vigilant from now on?"
"Yeah, yeah, we're all a bunch of amateurs in this business! Without Shuichi, we have no chance to survive the class trial! We should just accept how stupid we all are and go home!" Angie nodded her head energetically.
A cold sweat went down Tenko's temple. This was wrong. This was all wrong. She had been able to keep up the facade that she was Kaede, but it was starting to wear out on her. She was tired. Her mistress and queen hadn't given her any instructions on how to fix this. Kaori lay dead on the ground in front of her.
How could Queen Junko allow this to happen? How was Kaori Akamatsu dead? And why wasn't Monokuma here yet? Tenko couldn't believe that this sort of thing had thrown her Queen, hailed in her high school years as the Ultimate Analyst, off guard. She must have a backup plan! She must have Plan B or Plan C or something like that hidden in her mastermind brain.
Tenko took a quick look at her palm, unsure of whether or not she should act. She could altercate Kiyo or something to buy time, but that wasn't Kaede's style. It might give her away. She could volunteer to go find Monokuma or the Monokubs and run to Junko's designated spot and beg Her for advice. She would probably be able to go to the place where Mother Monokuma slept and bring fresh Monokuma back with her to work something out.
Mayday, mayday, she wanted to scream.
She didn't even notice the reddish tint Kiyo seemed to be exuberating.
