"Don't worry, he'll be fine." Cire tapped my shoulder before they moved the bed away.
Nang makaalis sila ay doon ko lang naramdaman ang sakit, but I know it's nothing to what he's been through because of me.

Inangat ko ang tingin ko at nakita si Leon na nakatingin sa akin, may hawak na kit.
"Si Laz, s-siya muna." I uttered.
"It's okay, Cire and Suzuyo are taking care of him now, dumating na rin ang nurses ni Georgia."

"Yeah, Georgia is a doctor while Suzuyo is a nurse." He answered like he was able to read my thoughts. "I'm not a doctor nor a nurse, but don't worry, all of us were trained to treat wounds, so we all know how." He chuckled a bit before starting to clean my wound.
Tumango ako at hindi na sumagot pa. I just let him do what he wants to. After what happened, pakiramdam ko ay naubos ko na ang lakas na natitira sa katawan ko.
Leon talked as he cleaned my wound, he told me what happened earlier. There I learned that the vixens planned an ambush. They sent their people to the hospital knowing I was there, good thing Georgia and Suzuyo immediately took me. But my parents were there when they came, that's why Leon went there, ang rason kong bakit hindi na siya matawagan ni Suzuyo no'ng huli. He said he did that because they made a promise that they'll keep our family safe. And I thank them for that.
He also mentioned that when Cire learned about what's happening ay agad itong umalis sa mission and when he arrived, he was just on time. Georgia and Suzuyo were struggling in holding them off dahil sa dami nila at mabuti nalang ay dumating siya. Cire is one of the best in combat, he said.
"You did great, Kelssey. You saved him." Leon smiled at me.
Umiling ako. "I didn't. It was him who saved me again."
And I hate that I'm so weak... that I need to be protected all of the time.
"No, you saved him too."
