In a market, crowd is gathered around something, a woman of around 30 was passing from there in a auto. She thought once to check what's going on, so she went there. She tried to pass through the crowd to get a view but the crowd was huge and everyone was murmring something under their breath looks like they were scared, may be have seen a ghost. However she reaches in the front and was shocked to the view in front of her eyes.

A woman of around 28 in a police uniform was beating someone badly, the man was begging for forgiveness but seems like the voice is not her ear. After waiting for sometime and observing everything the women of 30 was now not able to control herself, so she went ahead and hold the hand of woman who was beating the harshly.

'Ama kon hai jiski zindagi se sambandh kharab hogye hai,......' the police woman said while turning around and stopped there neither saying anything ahead nor trying to free her hand. She was looking at person who was holding her hand or may be lost in her. She was thinking 'who is that girl who just hold my hand when i am angry, doesn't she know about me, doesn't she scared of me. No, she was not, there is not a single ounce of fear on her face but wait a minute why i am not angry at her ? Why didn't i even tried to free my hand from her grip and why am i not angry at that man anymore?' with these thoughts she staring at her and freed her hand.

This broke the trance of other women and by leaning a little and reading the reading the name on the uniform she asked, 'So Miss Karishma Singh, would you like to tell me why u were beating that man so brutally?'

'And who the hell are u to ask me this?'
Ks replied back in her angry tone.

'Well, i am a common citizen of this country and as per i know the law u will have a FIR and also the evidence to prove his crime, only after that u would be taking action against him. So what crime does he have done?' the women replied with calmness and utter confidence.

Ks was again lost in her thoughts, 'if anyone else would be there i would have slapped that person but why am i not able to say anything to her?'

Her trance was broken by wincing of the man who was beaten brutally. The other women saw that and moved towards him and said, 'we have to take him to the hospital.'

'He is going in jail.' ks replied annoyedly

'No, you can't take him like that. He need medical attention right now' the women replied in a bit angry and loud tone.

'And who are you to tell me what i can do or what i can't?' Ks replied in same tone.

Berfore the woman could reply further, they again heard the man wincing and the woman after giving a angry look to Ks went towards him and helped him to get up and started moving ahead.

Ks came in front of her blocking their way and said, 'you can't take him with you. '

'I can and i am taking him to the hospital. If you want to put him in jail, take him after his treatment' the woman replied sternly.

Although Ks doesn't wanted to take him to the hospital but seeing his condition, she thought not to argue further and helped him along with other woman to the main road and stopped a taxi and made him sit inside it. Then ks said to the woman calmly,'you don't need to accompany, i will take him there.'

'No, i don't trust you. I will come with him to the hospital.' the woman replied rudely.

Ks doesn't like that but doesn't said anything and sat in the front seat of taxi. The woman also sat at the back with injured man. The journey was quiet except man's wincing but both the girls were stealing glances of each other. They reached the hospital and wardboys took him to doctor. Both girls were waiting outside his cabin but not looking at each other. After some time the doc. came outside and the woman asked man's condition.

'His 2 bones are fractured one in arm and one in leg. It will take three months to recover completely. However if u want to take him home or in jail (looking at ks) u can take him after 2 days.' The doc. said to them and left.

The woman went inside to meet the man and asked him, 'Why was she (ks) beating you?'

'I tried to bribe her.' The man said not meeting her eyes.

The woman was shocked, kind of impressed but also angry listening to the reason. She thought, 'i mean how can someone beat the hell out of someone who offering bribe. Yeah i am impressed with her honesty but this is not the right way to deal with this.'
She shook her head in disbelief looking at the man and started leaving the cabin. The man said thank you to her and she nodded and left. She tried to find ks before leaving but saw a constable there and thought she (ks)  must have. She also left the hospital.
