Aydan watched as Serkan walked back over to his apartment. Now that he was taken care of for the evening she had things to do.

"Seyfi, I'm going to go over to visit Eda. I want to see how she is. I've been worried about her all day. Can you put together some dinner for her?"

"Aydan hanim, if you think I'm not coming along you better think again. It's already packed and ready to go. Come on, I'll drive. I have a set of keys just in case she doesn't let us into the apartment."

Aydan looked at Seyfi, "Just how long have you had these keys?"

Seyfi didn't even appear guilty, "Since about a week after the accident. Eda hanim was staying here remember? They may have fallen out of her purse. I thought it would be a good idea to have an extra set just in case we needed to check on her once she moved back to the apartment. I haven't used them yet and I don't plan on giving them to you so don't ask." He clutched the keys tightly in his hand before stuffing them in his pocket.

"I'm calling Pyril just to let her know that we're going in case she wants to come visit Eda too. I know that Serkan talked to them earlier today. I want to know all that they talked about."

Aydan called Pyril to let her know that she and Seyfi were on their way over to Eda's, "Aydan hanim, does Eda want company?"

"I didn't ask Pyrilcim. I know that today was a hard day for her and she needs some mothering so we're going anyways. She can kick us out after five minutes if she wants to but this way I can see her and maybe share some of my conversation with Serkan."

Pyril nudged Engin, "Aydan hanim, Engin and I will meet you. Should we bring anything?"

Aydan glanced over at Seyfi who just shook his head no indicating that he had this covered. "No Pyrilcim we have everything covered, we'll see you there."

Engin looked at Pyril, "Should we call everyone else?"

"No, tonight let's keep it a small group, let's not overwhelm Eda. Besides, I think that the three of us are the only ones that he has spoken to at any length. I know that we've talked a little bit about it Engin, but do you think that Serkan was sincere? Or was he just saying what he thought we wanted to hear?"

"If he isn't sincere then he's a great actor. No askim, he meant what he said today. It doesn't mean that I am still over being angry with him. Really, why did he call Selin? When has she ever led him down a good path? Ever? Think about it."

She looked at Engin, "You aren't wrong. I think back to my dealings with Selin and Eda. I listened to Selin bad mouth Eda for weeks and I knew damned well that Eda was a good person. She was always kind to me even when I was rude to her. I'm just grateful that she was able to look beyond that and that we have become such good friends."

Pyril rested her head against the window, "I don't think that we've seen the end of Selin. I talked with Ceren a little bit today. She said that Serkan was still cordial to Selin so in her mind there is always going to be hope. Even though Serkan has told her time and time again that he doesn't love her and doesn't want to be in a relationship with her. Selin thinks she can wait him out or something. I don't know that he would be with her if she was the last woman on earth."

Engin chuckled, "Yeah, Serkan had some pretty definite opinions of her at University so I was surprised when he started dating her. But then I saw his idea of dating her and he told me it was his parent's idea. Part of the problem is that Selin saw how Serkan and Eda were and she thinks that Serkan is different now. That if she and Serkan date again he'll be like that with her. She doesn't understand that he isn't different it's just that Eda brings that side of him out. Selin can't bring out that side of Serkan because he doesn't love her and he never will."
