I heard the sound of four paws following and knew it was Ashton. I sped up hoping to get to where I had stopped before. The lake called to me, the crystal water now would be shining with sun.

In no time, I got to the surface, with Ashton coming behind me. I stopped suddenly, with Ashton zooming past me until he skidded to a halt. I kneeled then jumped, making my wolf land on his back and we both tumbled down.

His wolf was a warm brown, with golden highlights that matched his glowing golden eyes. The tingles shot through me where our bodies touched. My body called to his, and his eyes darkened. I smelled his lust, and I knew that my sent was closely following, what was our relationship?

 As the pleasure subsided, I felt my body grow heavy. Ashton pulled me out of the water, and carried me bridal style. I fell asleep, happy as I ever could be. I knew that this feeling was not going to last for long, and enjoyed it as long as I could.

With that he and I went swimming, and as we were in the water he marked me as his, meaning we would be together forever. Mating was like being engaged and not being able to back out. Ashton carried me home because I was tired, and I fell asleep, happy as I ever could be. I knew that this feeling was not going to last for long, and enjoyed it as long as I could.
