Princess Anna watched Hiccup and Jack walk back into the castle gates. "You guys are really bad liars" she muttered.
They stepped through the kitchen doors and froze when they saw her. "We can explain" Jack said quickly. "What" Anna smirked, "that finally someone can out run Hiccup"?
"You saw that" Hiccup asked, embarrassed. Anna nodded. "Oh" Hiccup said quietly. "I won't tell anybody. Oh and by the way dad was looking for you". Hiccup nodded and jogged off.
Jack started to walk away but Anna grabbed his arm. "We need to talk" her eyes suddenly became serious. "What's wrong" he asked, worried. Anna pulled out a piece of paper. "Hans dropped this when you were out"
. Jack slowly took the paper and read it over. His eyes bulged. The paper read:
Plans to take the throne (killing Hiccup)
1: falling off stairs
2: dropping chandler
3: shoot arrows"What" Jack gasped, "that's terrible"! Anna nodded gravely. "I need to meet those three girls you met today" she said, "I have to talk to them".
Jack slowly nodded. "We can go right now if you want". Anna smiled, "that'd be great" then she gasped. "You can't tell anyone about this ok. Not even Hiccup or my parents". Of course" Jack nodded, "now let's go".
The two walked out of the kitchen each with a horrible feeling things weren't going to work out smoothly.
Elsa Izzy and Audrey walked through town. "His face was priceless" Audrey laughed, "he was like OMG".
The three girls burst into laughter. They were walking past a bookstore when Audrey squealed. "Omg I'll catch up with you later" and with that she dashed inside. "Well, we won't see her for the rest of the day" Izzy laughed and the two girls continued on there way.
Audrey happily skipped around the bookstore picking up any book that would spark her interest. Which was basically all of them.
She had just placed down a book when someone cried, "AUDREY"! She spun around only to see Jack and a little redhead burst through the door.
The two ran over to her out of breath. "Jack what are you doing here" she asked confused. "Well, Anna wanted to see you" Jack panted and feted his hands on his knees. "Man you run fast" he said the the redhead.
Anna shrugged, "runs in the family". Then she turned to Audrey. "Jack said your blond friend likes sword fighting right"?
"Uh... yes" Audrey answered, awkwardly.
"And can't you and your two friends beat up anybody at anyplace and anytime" Anna pressed.
"Uhh" Audrey responded. This had gotten weird quick!
"Just answer the question" Anna shouted.
"Yes" Audrey said slowly.
"Look" Anna said, "get your two friends and meet my by the castle gates". With that she spun around and walked out the door.
"Yes your highness" Audrey said in a mocking voice. "How'd you know" Jack gasped. "What" Audrey asked. "What" Jack repeated.
He wasn't supposed to let that slip!
That's when Audrey realized that had been princess Anna! She gasped and her hands flew over her mouth. Jack face palmed himself.
"Alright look" he hissed. "She saw that scene with Elsa and Hiccup this morning and really needs to talk to you three together"!
Audrey's eyebrows shot up. "I thought his name was Hayden" she said, crossing her arms. Jack threw his hands up in the air in frustration.
"Ok so maybe Elsa raced against the prince, but he didn't want anyone to find out who he really was"! Audrey slapped her forehead. This was getting way out of hand!
"Ey yi yi" she muttered. "Alright I'll get them, but this better be for a good reason"! Jack smiled, "thank you".
"Wait" Audrey asked, turning around. "Aren't you an adopted member of the Royal family"? Jack smiled sheepishly. "Man what is wrong with royals"
Audrey exclaimed. "Just get your friends and bring them to the castle gates" Jack begged.
Audrey rolled her eyes. "Fine" she huffed. "One more thing" Jack asked as she headed for the door. "Do you... want to be a musketeer"?
Audrey's mouth fell open as she turned to the adopted prince. Jack put his hands in the air. "Anna suggested it, just wondering. And looks like she was right". Audrey rolled her eyes.
Men!
"Oh and by the way" Jack said as he headed for the door, "that makes thing a lot easier". Audrey stared after him. That couldn't have been any weirder!
