Elsa was walking with Audrey down the halls of the castle. Elsa was about to go meet up with Hiccup for their ride on Toothless. First she had to find a way to ditch Audrey politely.

They were walking by the library and Audrey peered in. A sly smile crossed her face as she turned to her friend.

"Uh I'll meet up with you later" she said happily and slipped into the library. Elsa glanced into the library and was just able to make out Jack as the door closed. Elsa laughed quietly and shook her head. "Only Audrey" she smiled. Then she happily skipped down the hall and put to the forest.

She reached the forest and looked around. Toothless was there but she didn't see Hiccup. "Hiccup, you here" she called and took off her shoes. He didn't answer. She sighed and sat down at the edge of the pond and dipped her feet in the water.

The cool water felt good against her toes and she wiggled them around. Suddenly something hard smacked into her back and she was thrown forward and crashed into the pond.

"What on earth" she cried as she broke three the surface. She looked around but smiled when she saw Hiccup rising from the water, just as wet as she was.

"I hate you" she laughed and splashed him. Hiccup gasped and pretended to be offended. "Hey" he laughed and grabbed her shoulders. Before she could do anything he pushed her under the water. She smiled while holding her breath and flipped her legs up and flipped her knees into the princes chest and flipped him over her and back into the water.

He laughed and broke through the surface. "I'm not trying that again" he chuckled and rubbed his arm. "That hurt"!

"You asked for that" Elsa smirked and squeezed out her dripping wet hair. She paddlers over the edge of the pond and pulled herself up on land. "Come on" she held out her hand. "Lets get out before he get sick. The last thing we need to here is I now present King... achoo"!

Hiccup laughed and shook his head. He swam over to the edge and pulled himself out. He sat down next to her and smiled. Well now she would never know he was knocked in the pond.

They sat in silence for the next few minutes enjoying the night air and the night sky. The stars shine brightly and reflected along the pond.

The sound of Toothless groaning caught their attention. Hiccup jumped up, slightly embarrassed and went over to his dragon. He pulled himself into the saddle and glanced back at Elsa who was now on her feet.

Although it was hard to see in the dark her face looked slightly red too. "Um" Hiccup said awkwardly, "ready to go"?

Elsa snapped her head in his direction. "Um, yeah. Let's go". She pulled herself up behind him and placed her hands on his shoulders.

Hiccup smiled as he felt sparks rush through him. "Lets go bud" Hiccup said. Toothless stretched his wings and took off into the night sky.

It was quiet for several minutes before Hiccup turns around in the saddle to face Elsa. "Jack said something earlier today" he said, "he said that he was trying to figure out his feelings for this girl".

Elsa nodded but didn't say anything. Hiccup purposely left out the part about HIM talking to Jack for multiple reasons.

A sly smile crossed the princes face. "This girl wouldn't happen to be Audrey, would it"?

Elsa stared at him for a long time before she burst out laughing. Hiccup glanced at her confused. "What"?

Elsa shook her head and finally stopped laughing. "Nothing, but your right. How'd you know"?

Hiccup chuckled. "Well Izzy didn't seam to interested in Jack". He shook his head. "And I've watched them stare at each other from across the room".

Elsa laughed and shook her head. "Yeah, Audrey is pretty much a hopeless romantic". "I'd noticed" Hiccup chuckled.

Elsa ran her hand along the clouds that floated next to her. "Does Jack like her" she wondered. Hiccup stared at Elsa a slow smile crossing his face. "I don't know. He said he's trying to figure out how he feels about her, so yeah". Elsa chuckled and looked up at the night sky.

"Hey" Hiccup said after a while, "we never did get to race again". Elsa threw her head back and laughed and punched him in the arm. "Owe" he exclaimed and grabbed his and smiled. "Remind me not to get you mad".

Elsa smiled, "everyone will". The awkward silence returned. "So" Elsa said after a while, "are you nervous to become king"?

Hiccups eyes grew wide. How could he have forgotten. "Eh, I don't know" he shrugged. He looked up at the towns big clock, towered high in the sky. "Um... I probably should head back. I'll bring us down". He slowly turned back in the saddle and steered Toothless towards the forest floor.

Elsa jumped off and waited for Hiccup to jump off too. She watched as Toothless waddled off into forest for his sleep. "Hey Hiccup" Elsa said quietly as he stared to leave.

He looked back at her and smiled, "yeah"?

Elsa ran up to him and quickly kissed his cheek. "Thanks" she whispered before running off into forest.

Hiccup stared after her and before he knew it a large smile had crossed his face. He reached up and touched the place where she had kisses him. "Your welcome" he whispered.
