The musketeers reached Hiccups room and helped him into his king size bed. Elsa waited till they left and then turned to the prince.

"How bad does it hurt" she asked and say on the edge of his bed. "A lot" he answered, "but I think I'll be fine before the party and coronation".

It was quiet for a moment before Elsa said, "I'm guessing the ride on Toothless is canceled".

Hiccup bolted upright, his eyes wide. "No" he shouted, surprising both him and Elsa. Elsa raised an eyebrow.

Hiccup slowly laid back down. "Its the first time I've took someone on Toothless and I don't want to have to wait" he said quietly. Then he quickly added, "and besides, flying doesn't put pressure on my ankle".

Elsa nodded, just as Hiccups bedroom doors flew opened. On the other side stood Jack, his expression one of shock and worry. "Are you ok" he cried. "You sound like mom" Hiccup chuckled, "but I'm fine, just a little sore".

Elsa looked back and forth between the two princes. "Jack we need to talk" she said and pushed Jack out the door. "Excuse us" Elsa have Hiccup a fake smiles and closed the door behind her.

"What" Jack asked, worriedly. "Jack, Hans dropped the chandelier on Hiccup" Elsa hissed, "I saw him walking away with his sword and he was mad"!

Jacks eyes grew wide and his heart began to pound. "What do we do" he asked worriedly. "Hans can't take the throne, and neither can I! He paused. "Annas eight so that's out of the question"!

Elsa nodded gravely, she knew he was right. "Well my friends and I will be hanged around him a lot until Hans go home or his coronation. But I can promise you this: nothing will happen to Hiccup while I'm around"!

Jack slowly nodded, he could only hop she was right.

Hans groaned as he walked down the castle hallway. "Failed"! He mumbled to himself. "Alright, plan b". He reached the top of a set of stairs that was about 50 feet off the ground.

He made sure no one was looking and pulled out his sword and quickly began to file away at the rods holding up the rail.

It was 8:45 when Hiccup finally managed to slip away from his parents and was able to head to the forest and meet up with Elsa.

The doctor had put a thick ankle brace around his left ankle to help keep it straight. He limped a little but that didn't bother him. It was just an accident he kept telling himself.

He reached the clearing and saw Elsa laying down on Toothless's back, gazing up at the stars. "Hey" he called, getting her attention. Both the dragon and girl jumped up at the sound of his voice.

Toothless bolted upright, sending Elsa flying into the air. Hiccup's eyes grew wide as she soared through the air. When he thought she was going to crash into a tree near by she reached out and snatched the branch, sticking out. She flipped herself around it and landed on her feet on the branch.

Hiccup's mouth fell open and he rushed over as fast as he could. "Are you ok" he exclaimed as Toothless joined him. Elsa looked down at the prince and smiled. "Please" she laughed. "Jumping from a banner comes in handy at a time like this".

She sat down on the branch. "And even if I did fall you think I've landed that banner jump every time"?

A smile tugged at the corner of Hiccups mouth. "Not at all". "Hey" Elsa laughed and jumped to the ground.

"Anyway" Hiccup chuckled, "ready to go"? Elsa smirked, "I've been ready for fifteen minutes". "Well my mother isn't as laid back as yours" Hiccup retorted.

Elsa laughed and tossed her blond curls over her shoulder. "Lets go" she said and hopped on Toothless. Hiccup grinned and pulled himself up in front of her.

She placed her hands on his shoulders and Hiccup felt sparks fly through his body. Sparks?! Why? "Alright bud" he said, "lets go".

Jack sat in the library of the castle, trying to read a book. He was still worried about what Hans would try next and would get away with it.

His thought were interrupted by the library doors squeaking open. He glanced up and saw Audrey walk through the doors.

She spotted him and smiled. "Hey Jack" she said, walking over to him. "Hey Audrey" he said quietly. Audrey sat down next to him on the white couch, "what's wrong" she asked, concerned.

Jack sighed. "I just can't stop thinking about the chandelier"he admitted. Audrey placed her hand on his shoulder as he continued. "I mean, I've already lost my real parents, I don't want to loose my best friend too".

Audrey stared at the adopted Prince for what seamed like forever. "I promise nothing will happen to him" she said reassuringly. Jack slightly chuckled. "That's what Elsa said".

Jack shifted in his seat, "hey I've been wanting to ask you something. Why do you want to be a musketeer? I mean most girls wouldn't dream of it".

Audrey giggled. "I'm not an ordinary girl. My father was in the musketeer service until he retired. If I remember correctly he was one of the musketeers that helped rescue you".

Jacks eyes widened. A simple, "wow" was all he could make out. Audrey pushed her curls over her shoulder.

"Anyway my dad would always come home with crazy stories about fighting and stuff and I guess it really inspired me. On my fifth birthday he got me a old musketeer sling shot. I still have it, I just never use it".

"Thats.... amazing" Jack smiled. "Thanks" Audrey said, slightly blushing. "So" she asked trying to change the subject, "what book are you reading"?

She glanced at the book in his hands. She smiled and gasped, "Dragon love! I love that book"! Jack felt his heart begin to pound and he looked up into her green eyes, "you do"?

"It's my all time favorite" Audrey gushed. "I mean a young boy has to save the love of his life from a dragon behind his fathers back"!

Jack chuckled. "Ya Zachary's been trying to get me to read it. And I guess I like it". Audrey snuggled closer to him. "Read it to me" she smiled.

Jack smiled and opened the book. He had a feeling in the pit of his stomach, but this one was good. Did he... have a crush on Audrey?
