"This will hurt, a lot but," he paused, breathing a sigh of relief, knowing this will be the last day of his stay, "I can promise you that your illness will be cured" he stated, as he noted everyone's expression in the room.

The parent of the heiress clasped their hand, and pray to the deity in the hope of their daughter's health, followed by the others, before giving the doctor a gesture to continue.

"Are you ready?" asked the doctor's disguise.

"Mhhm..." his patient Takenaka Shigeharu meekly nodded as she was held by the maids on each side of her hand, the doctor's hand already sparkling in hamon.

His breath was in a rhythm as a spark began to channel into his pinky finger.

"The pain can be worse than you have ever experienced before in your lifetime but I assure you it will be fine and only temporary"

A nod from the heiress was enough, the spark in his picky becomes more visible...and yet the heiress had not noticed his movements.

Then a painful feeling came to the heiress from her stomach, as everyone in the room let out a surprised gasp.

Sweeping her eyes down, she saw the doctor's finger, on her lungs, sparking in yellow lightning, stay for a few seconds before he pulled it out.

The heiress would be on her knees if not for the maids holding her up as she clutch her stomach, struggling to breathe as her lungs were suddenly emptied of air, making the two maids could only look in horror.

"Young master!" both suddenly shouted.

The doctor merely observed and suddenly two guards put their blades on his neck, the aura in the room become intense, everyone minus the heiress who was still in pain, glaring at him.

The doctor's eyes went wide behind his mask as he put his hand up in surrender.

"You...what did...you- ACK!" Takenaka Shigeharu tried to say but was unable to as a yellow spark danced around her stomach.

The ripple doing its healing effect, he was sure that it would work as he recalls his experience when he used it on himself...

He could think more of it if it wasn't for this...situation he found himself in.

"YOU DARE TO ATTACK MY DAUGHTER!"

"YOU WILL PAY FOR THAT!"

The parent was visibly enraged as their eyes lit up in white, and their hair flowed as if it was blown by the wind.

"WAIT WAIT--" the poor doctor tried to elaborate but suddenly feels pressure on his neck as if he was choked by an invisible force, causing him can't get a word out...and his body was suddenly stiff.

"MASTER LU SU TRUSTED YOU, I THOUGHT WE COULD TOO!" her father, Takenaka Hanbei stepped forward to his front, as his glare intensifies on his, his hand outstretched as if holding his neck with strong force, "THEN WHY IN THE BLOODY HELL WOULD YOU HURT MY DAUGHTER?"

"L-lis...ten...ten--" The doctor tried but to no avail, he tried to wiggle himself out of whatever holding his body still...

If he weren't using his disguise, they probably would have seen the color of his skin was pale as he struggled to breathe...or at least let out a word.
