Late updated? I know, I was preparing the next chapter so I can improve it to be better not just write out and publish a trash draft like first I started --the first chapter is trash ngl. although I'm not sure if this was good enough, I'll change it later if something was out of place.
The plan of preparing so I can upload a chapter faster is...not what I expected, I found a lot of errors and quite of editing, that could turn 4k words to 6-8k.
It might be it's just my excuse not to work and upload but somehow I want to share it with y'all.
( I'm going to university, and have a lot of things to take care of. I don't feel like it but...I'll do it anyway :(
but hey if you guys have any tips on writing, please do tell me, I'm still new in this kind of thing.
But anyway, into the chapter!

A plan is not something that can't be changed. Every plan has its own flaws and obstacle, and sometimes, if one's plan doesn't meet the expectation, they would change it so it will be in their favor.
And THAT is what is exactly happening to our Guardian here.
'What the hell I'm getting myself into' Herumi still with his mask and cloak on, inside a... majestic-looking carriage, and across him was Master Lu Su, looking at him, with her...smile. Though to call it a smile isn't exactly right, judging by how intense the atmosphere is right now.
But he was still thankful that the war maiden allowed him to keep his mask and cloak on.
"An ancient technique that can be used as a heal and combat. Interesting, but May I know how you will use it to heal?" The woman tilted her head, and Herumi internally sigh. He doesn't mind the question, though he prefers silence, it seems Master Lu Su hasn't been convinced yet.
He already demonstrates it once in the guild earlier to prove it earlier by taking a withered plant on a pot nearby.
He showed it to her while he holding the pot and after not even five seconds, the withered plant's yellow dead color changed back to green and bloomed its flower...turned into a new leaf.
Of course, it's getting Master Lu Su's attention and interest in his ability as she began to ask him numerous questions.
It annoys him a bit but he still wants to live.
She told him to follow her out of the guild and entered a carriage with her. He hesitated at first, whether he should be in or not. whether he should escape or not, but that would make his plan going to be difficult.
"Come in, dear ~," she said in a seductive manner, making the teen behind the mask blush a little, as passersby give them looks.
So he followed. Though, He was still confident in his ability his shy nature was still clinging to him. It is his nature since he was little which did not help.
Putting that aside he wonders how he will be able to hide his identity.
'Maybe I can convince her after healing the heiress? Though I'm not sure if she was willing to let me go because of my ability, Herumi thought. With the chaos happening because of the elemental tide, it's understandable that they need as much help as they can get to establish their forces.
The tide can release any kind of monster with different ranks of disaster, not to mention they can easily outnumber the kingdom's forces has to offer.
He may get invited...or drafted but he still can escape whenever he wants to but for now, he wants some piece of information that will help him reach his objective.
