What is a Mistletoe? 🎄

Y/N had insisted that we decorate for Christmas and I just couldn't say no. It took Snake alot of convincing but with the help of Y/N and the crew he reluctantly agreed. Now with the most beautiful "borrowed" Christmas tree that we could find set up in the corner of the room by the window. Boxs upon boxs of Christmas decorations that Y/N actually bought were taking over the floor and we were ready to go. We started with decorating the tree first we put the lights on and because it was such a big tree we had to connect one string of light with another string of lights. Next we but the tinsle on and yet again the tree was so big the we had to use multiple colors of tinsel to cover the whole tree. Finally we got to covering the tree with ornament. Y/N had bought a ton of diffrent ornaments there was so many diffrent colors and sizes and some of the ornaments were even shapes of animals, santa, elves, and anything christmas related. After the tree was decorated head to tow we used our extra decorations and hung them around the room on the wall. We used some of the extra light decorated  around the large window. Then we put fake candles on the ledge of the window and put candles on the tables around the room. Everything in the room was covered and decorated it look like we could have been in Santa's workshop. "Everything looks beautiful Y/N." I said. She looked at me and smiled. "Well thank you very much Wolf." Y/N said. "Oh wait there is something I forgot!" She said as she rushed over to a box to look for somthing. Then she pulled out an object that looked like to green leaves with a red decoration in the center which was a tied to together by a string also used to hang it off of something. "Wolf can you come and help me hang this up over the doorway?" Y/N asked. I nodded in agreement and walked over to the door way with her to hang up the odd looking decoration.
"What is this thing?" I asked. Y/N looked at me in disbelief.

"It's a Mistletoe. You've never seen a Mistletoe?" She said.

"No, what is the point of hanging up such an odd looking thing?" I asked.
Y/N gave me a mischievous smile and grabbed me by my coat pushing me into a passionate kiss. It took me by surprise but I eventually moved into the kiss. She pulled away and gave me a smile. "That is what you do with such an odd thing. When you stand under it you give the other person under it a kiss." Y/N explained. I looked up at the Mistletoe and then back down at Y/N and smiled. "We are still both standing under the Mistletoe I think that means another kiss." I said. She laughed a little bit before we both went into another kiss. When we heard the crew coming we broke the kiss and stepped apart. Everyone knew we were dating but we tried to keep the relationship part of us hidden around the crew. " Is everyone ready to light the place up!?" Y/N said with excitement in her voice. Everyone either said Yes or nodded their heads that they were ready. Shark flipped the switch and everything lit up and it was beautiful. The tree was cover in light and shined bright and the lights around the room added the perfect finishing get touch with the simple fake candles that we had placed everywhere. I looked at Y/N and she looked so happy she had a big smile and her eyes beautifully reflected the
lights in front of her. I could help but smile and might have even felt myself blush. I reached in my pocket and played with the little felt box which contained the ring I had chosen. Maybe it was a good thing we decorated this year the setting on Christmas would be perfect for my proposal.
