Lucy did a double take when she saw her doppelgänger standing in Tim's office running a hand along his arm. She walked in and felt like she was interrupting.
"Chen, someone came by to see you," Tim sounded annoyed as Sava continued to look at him so curiously.
"It's crazy how much he looks like my man, but doesn't act like my Jake at all. Of course, your man probably has abs," Sava said regarding Tim's midsection and then looked to Lucy.
She nervously laughed and looked at Tim.
"Sava came to discuss something, but she said she would only talk to you," Tim explained.
"Okay. What's up?" Lucy asked her look-alike.
"So, this guy I used to work with sometimes wants to rob a jewelry store. I told him I don't do small jobs anymore...I mean I don't do any jobs anymore," Sava tried to recover. "But, he said it's a big job. Some expensive jewels are coming to town and being secured at a little jewelry store until they're being worn for some big movie premiere. Lots of diamonds and stuff."
"And, you brought this to us because?" Tim wondered.
"That guy I used to work with, Benny. He cheated on my girl Gina, so I don't work with him anymore, and I would much rather have him get arrested as revenge," Sava explained while investigating her acrylic manicure.
"But Benny isn't aware of your issue with him because of what he did to Gina?" Lucy asked.
"Nah. I got locked up before I could give him a piece of my mind. Anyways, he asked if Jake and I could be part of the crew. He needs muscle and my getaway speed. Instead of blowing him off, I thought I would come to my favorite and best looking cop with this," Sava said and looked over at Lucy with a smile.
"Let me guess. You want me to impersonate you again?" Lucy asked.
"Yeah, and your handsome boy toy can come along and pretend to be Jake," Sava winked at Tim.
"Well, I need to take this to my captain and get his approval on an operation like this," Tim replied.
Sava scrunched her nose. "What do you mean? I thought you just needed to ask your girlfriend for permission. That's how Jake and I do things."
Tim rolled his eyes and stepped out of the office.
"We've got protocol to follow here," Lucy tried to explain.
"You're still the boss in your relationship, though, right?"
Lucy snickered.
"Girl, that's what's up!" Sava smiled.
Tim returned with Grey who blinked hard as he looked between Lucy and Sava.
"Sava, this is our captain," Tim introduced.
"Hi, handsome," she smiled.
"Luc...I mean, Sava, do you have any more details about the robbery?"
"It's a heist. Jake said it's fancy with all the money it's worth, so we've been calling it a heist," Sava clarified.
"Right, can you tell us any more information about the heist?" Lucy asked.
"Sure, Benny gave Jake all the boring stuff. I stopped listening after he said I would have to wear a hat, which would ruin my hair, by the way."
"We need to speak to Jake," Tim replied.
"He's right outside. Doesn't like coming into police stations. Says he'll get arrested for something he didn't do or whatever," Sava rolled her eyes, clearly unamused with her boyfriend's thought process.
