we were a bonfire,
raging, strong, and beautiful,
but we burned together as one,
that all changed when you decided to burn alone,
setting fire to surroundings,
causing my world to be engulfed in an uncontrollable sea of flames,
with no extinguisher,
with no power left,
i had to build up the strength to fight back,
to tackle the wreck you had created,
lesson learned - don't play with fire, you'll get burned.
