Chapter 6

Aadil

"Bhai... I...." Ahmed started stuttering.

"Ahmed who were you talking to?"

"Bhai it's Zahra.. Zahra Khan"

"As in Zohaib sister Zahra Khan."

"Jee, Bhai."

"Do you like her?"

"Jee, Bhai"

I was shocked when I found out that Ahmed likes Zahra.

I asked the question that I was dreading to ask. "Does she like you?"

"Jee, Bhai she does."

I was shocked to hear that Zahra also likes Ahmed.
"Are you two dating?"
"No, Bhai we wouldn't its wrong."
"Thats good, do you plan on marrying her?"
"Jee, Bhai I do plan on marrying her. Please don't tell anyone about us just as yet."

"You better speak to mama and Dad after the wedding. Don't prolong it any longer. Try and keep it halal all the way possible."

"Jee, Bhai I will."

"I am happy for you bro."

"Thanks Bhai"

I walked to my room I felt hurt after finding out about Zahra and Ahmed. I always loved Zahra I don't know when I started falling for her. I remember I used to always go over to her house to hang out with Azlan. She would make her amazing coffee and whenever she needed help with her work I would help her.

I would always give her my past notes to her so she could study. She was so passionate about becoming a business woman and I was so proud of her doing something that she is passionate about. Whenever I used to go there she was always sitting in a corner reading a book and one day she started hitting Zohaib with her book when he scared her that was a funny sight. She looked so cute when she used to talk to the flowers. I felt something strange back then I didn't realize I have feelings towards her.

When I finally realized I didn't know if she ever saw me in that light. I decided I was going to speak Mama and Dad after the wedding and if I could send my proposal to Zahra. I wanted to do it the halal way. If Zahra wanted it too then we would get married. But I didn't realize that Ahmed and Zahra have something going on. I guess Zahra and I aren't meant for each other. I promise I won't get in between Zahra and Ahmed. I wish them a happy life together.

Little did Aadil know that what is meant for you will always reach you.
