I close my eyes.

The way our lips first pressed against each other more than 10 years ago suddenly came rushing back into my memory.

Sebastian once again surprised me with something I'd never thought of getting in my most crucial situation.

I don't know why but I suddenly feel my whole being in complete stillness, vanishing all my frustration a few minutes back.

It may sound cliché but for the first time in this life, I feel like having butterflies circling my stomach.

I wasn't wrong, he is indeed the calm into my storm and the cause of my chaos.

He moves away a little, gazing straight into my eyes with softness and adoration. "Let's continue this later when no other eyes are peering at us," He murmurs and kisses me on my forehead, the kind that makes me feel overwhelmed in reassurance.

We turn to Tasha and Calvin in unison whose jaws are on the floor and eyes in bemusement.

"HOLY MOLY MOTHER FORKER!"

"WHAT THE HELL JUST HAPPENED?"

"WOULD YOU MIND ENLIGHTENING US?"

"HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN SEEING EACH OTHER?"

I don't know if I should laugh at their reaction or feel sorry for them because they are about to get kicked out.

I'm confused too so I'll let Sebastian take the lead.

"Should we be the one to leave so we can settle this down once and for all or are you guys giving us some space first?" Sebastian says with a poker face.

He never fails to amaze me with how he can easily change his emotions.

It's a pity that he never pursued acting even after receiving proposals for romantic comedy TV dramas.

Calvin clears his throat. "Owkey! Let's go, Tasha!" He pushes Tasha's back towards the front door. "I think CEO Park's looking for us already so we better get back to the office."

"What? He never looks for us!" Tasha complains while glaring at me which translates to a you-better-update-me-or-else look.

"I'll treat you to an unlimited protein dinner so hurry up," Calvin bribes.

Tasha's face brightens up. "I WANT WAGYU!"

"Yeah," Calvin nods. "You can have as much as you want!"

"That, you cannot take back!" She turns to us before heading out, "Bye, lovebirds!" She says, giggling.

"Don't forget to invite us on your wedding day!" Calvin teases as he waves goodbye before closing the door.

In an instant, Sebastian and I are the only ones inside, standing side by side.

Calvin has always been so quick to understand clues even when you say it reversibly.

If it wasn't for him, Tasha wouldn't leave until she has the information she needs to hear about why an unprecedented kiss happened right in front of her eyes.

I clear my throat. "Uhm, so..."

Should I be the one to start the conversation and ask him what the hell just happened?

What's the reason behind the kiss?

Is it his hobby to do such a thing when I'm crying and about to bawl my eyes out? Jeez!
