"Can you open your camera and at least give us a mini house tour?" Mom curiously asks.

"I'll pick you up and let you visit early next month." I calmly respond. I don't want to commit or promise right away because my schedule is packed with meetings in preparation for Sebastian's upcoming comeback concert.

"What will happen to Sebastian now that he's staying far away?" Aileen concernedly asks this time, with a tone that's about to throw a tantrum.

I look at Sebastian who's sitting beside me on the couch, listening intently while my family squabble on the idea of us living together. I once mentioned to them our plans of moving in, but I'm only announcing now that we've already done it when everything is settled.

I know I'm at fault, but I don't want them to bother Sebastian, they'd probably personally message him asking for nonsensical questions when in reality, they'd still end up allowing me to do it. Besides, they've been yearning for me to plan out my whole life with someone.

"Aileen, don't worry, you will still see me," Sebastian says.

We can hear my parents and Aileen on the other line because I put it on speaker since Sebastian and I are having dinner in the living area while sitting on the floor with our food on the coffee table. We're supposed to be watching a movie but Aileen suddenly called.

"Jeongmal? Please, reassure me!" Aileen's personality really changes when Sebastian is present. I still cannot fathom that my sister's a fan of my boyfriend since Sebastian started his career. He basically raised her.

Sebastian chuckles. "Just wait a little longer and I'll deliver a good news."

"I'll be directing his upcoming concert so watch out."

"WHAT?"

I didn't answer.

"SERIOUSLY?"

Aren't they going to end the call yet?

"I WANT A FRONT-ROW SEAT!" She blurts.

Sebastian's about to speak, reason for me to hastily move my hand to cover his mouth. "Ssshhh! Don't go around giving free tickets," I shush while glaring at him.

"It all depends on Ashley, kid. Hahaha! Be good to her so she'll give you what you want. I heard it's gonna be hard to get tickets when Sebastian comes back. The demand would probably blow their ticketing system." Dad says in between his laughs, teasing Aileen.

"DAD!"

"Ashley will give you one but in the technical booth only, would that be okay? Hahaha!" Mom, adding more flame to the fire.

Gosh, my family is a mess, but I love them. If I could only give her a VIP ticket that easily, I would, but it's gonna be unfair to everyone who waited for a long time to see Sebastian. I have to weigh the pros and cons of it. I'm willing to give her money though, she just has to be the one to buy her ticket.

"I'll think about it, alright? I'm hanging up now,"

"Take care, dear daughter and my one and only son-in-law! We love you both!" Mom shouts while probably giving me flying kisses.

They've become more confident to call him son-in-law now that we're actually together.

"Bye, guys! We'll see you soon!" I enthusiastically bid before ending the call.

"I feel bad for not asking their permission first to live with you," Sebastian says.

"What, like I'm still 18 years old?" I sarcastically respond. "They have been praying for this day to come, believe me."
