"Good luck, Bin," I say through the communication set over my head where Bin can hear it through his earpiece. "I'll take the lead here and I got you. Just have fun and make sure to cherish every moment of this night with your fans."

Bin, who's standing at the corner of the stage, turns to where the Technical Booth is—at the far end, facing the stage. He smiles brightly in our direction and does a thumbs-up, agreeing to what I've said.

It's D-Day for Bin and for everyone who flew a thousand miles and crossed the oceans to see their favorite Actor for a maximum of 3 hours.

The whole venue is already packed with fangirls holding paraphernalia with Bin's photos and various eye-catching messages. We're currently playing some of the original soundtracks from Bin's recent drama projects and everyone is singing along as if the event has already started.

A whole week has passed and I was preoccupied with polishing everything that are needed before today. Fortunately, the process was smooth sailing. Carla didn't question the changes I made in Bin's wardrobe too.

Sebastian's busy attending music show performances and talk show guesting so we only get to see each other after work, either from his place or mine.

We're scheduled to begin in 10 minutes. It will start with the Host, Nami Chen—it's funny how the universe plays with your life in the most unexpected ways.

It was only yesterday when the supposed Host of Bin's fan con canceled her schedule with us, saying she overlooked a prior commitment out of the country and she was willing to pay damages.

CEO Park asked all the people whom he's in contact with to do it but they all declined because 1) it was short notice and 2) they already have a schedule until he was left with Nami Chen who also happens to be a protege host for events and TV programs and since she's still building her rapport, she immediately grabbed the opportunity.

She knows this is a great chance for her to expand her network and experience.

She wasn't hard to brief at all and walk through the program so I have nothing against her.

Once Nami's onstage, she will hype the crowd up before introducing Bin Tan and then he will walk in front while singing one of the OSTs from his highest-ranking romantic comedy mini-series entitled Me and Mr. Perfectly Fine which won various awards for its storyline, cinematography, and Bin's commendable acting that cemented him to be an A-lister.

"Are we good?" I ask, knowing the Stage Managers, Technical Director, and Sound and Light Directors can hear me through the comm set.

I'm sitting behind the Technical Booth where the VTR screens are in front of me, giving me the view of the cameramen onstage.

"Yes, Director Ahn. Let's get the ball rolling!"

Aside from feeling nauseated every time we're opening the event, I also feel giddy when seeing everyone behind the camera working excitedly as if they've been waiting for this day to come like everyone else who bought a ticket to be in this venue.

After the pre-program, we start summing down seconds before we light the stage up accompanied by the introduction background music. I raise my hand above my head to lead everyone behind me while counting, "Three, two, one. Go!"

"GOOD EVENING, BINNIES!" Nami energetically says into the microphone. She's wearing a bright green coat underneath a white sleeveless top paired with high-waisted jeans and a pink stiletto. Her hair's bouncing perfectly with its beach wave style and her makeup is simple but it perfectly matches her style, it's as if she's Bin's leading lady for the night.
