"Ahh, this is going to be your best performance yet!" Hayley said excitedly. "I hope so." I said while smiling down at her. She was sitting in the sand. I held my hand out for her to get up and she took it. She grabbed the notebook and the pen before we walked back to the house.

It was already around 3pm when we walked through the back door of the house and I was really hungry. I walked to the kitchen to make myself lunch until the doorbell rang. Who the fuck would be here right now? Maybe... Nah, I don't know. "I'll open!" I yelled and walked to the door, opening it. "Hei. I have eight pizza's for... Mr. Hemmings?" The pizza delivery boy said. I turned around, back to the house and yelled. "Luke! Your eight pizza's are here!" A few seconds later I heard someone running down the stairs and saw that it was Luke. "What the hell are you going to do with eight fucking pizza's?" I asked while he took some money out of his back pocket and gave it to the delivery boy. The delivery boy handed him the pizza's and the stack went to his chin. I chuckled. "Idiot." I said under my breath. "What was that?" He said. "Hm? Nothing." I said with an innocent smile. "You know you love me." He said before looking around quickly and pecking me on my lips. "But seriously. What are you going to do with the pizza's?" I asked. "I'm being nice for once. Sharing is caring y'know." I chuckled and rolled my eyes while walking after him to the kitchen. "HONEY! LUNCH IS READY!" He yelled through the house. I chuckled and took a seat at the kitchen table. Everybody was now walking towards the kitchen. "Sweet!" Charlotte said before snatching a pizza from the stack and sitting across from me. "To what do we owe this honor?" Ed chuckled while giving everybody a pizza box. "I just... I know this is all going to be over in like... Two weeks, but I wanted all of you to know that I had a really good time here. And on the show." Luke said and shrugged. "Aww, we had a good time too." Katy said. "Grouphug!" Marcus yelled. He grabbed my arm and pulled me into the awkward group hug. It was so surreal that everything was going to be over in two weeks... What the hell am I supposed to do with all the time I have left? Am I going to go back to school? Am I going to search for another job? I shook my head. I didn't want to think about life after the show. At least not yet. Let's just wait what happens in the final first. After that, I'll make plans for the future.

We were sitting around the campfire again, which seemed to become a daily thing. The only sound were the waves crashing down on the beach and the sound of crickets. Everyone was staring into the flames with tired eyes. But no one would admit it. We rather stayed up for a bit longer. "Let's play spin the bottle, singers version!" Katy said suddenly. What.... What the hell is that? "One person spins the bottle and has to sing with that other person. A song you both choose." She said. Ooh. "Yea sure. Seems fun." I said and smiled. The rest agreed too. "Is there... Ah, Ed's empty beer bottle." She said while holding it up. I chuckled. "Hey wait. It's not empty yet." He said and quickly drank the rest. I chuckled as he gave it back to Katy. She put it on a magazine so it would spin better. "I'll go first." She said. She pun the bottle and it landed on Elliot. Yes, he was here too. Luckily I didn't see him much these past few days. Katy and Elliot were both thinking of something to sing. After a while Katy whispered something in his ear and he nodded. "You start?" She asked and he nodded. "You were my sun, you were my earth. But you didn't know all the ways I loved you, no." Elliot sung. "So you took a chance and made other plans. But I bet you didn't think that they would come crashing down, no." Katy sung. "You don't have to say, what you did. I already know, I found out from him. Now there's no chance, for you and me, there'll never be. And don't it make you sad about it." They sung together. We all smiled and clapped. It sounded really good. "Ed, your turn." Katy said. He spun the bottle and it landed on... Me. Hell yas. I saw him thinking for a moment before he looked at me. "Any ideas?" He asked, I thought for a moment too. "I got something, but it's not very original." I said and he shrugged. "No Diggity. You covered it with Passenger once." I said and he looked at me in surprise. "You know the lyrics?" I grinned. "All of it." He nodded. "Okay. I'll do the uuh part, you rap. I'll do the singing part." He said while rubbing his hands together. I nodded. Ed began snapping his fingers on the beat and began singing the 'uh uuh' part. After a few uh uuh's it was time for me to start rapping. I took a deep breath and began. "It's going down fade to Blackstreet, The homies got RB, collab' creations, Bump like Acne, no doubt, I put it down, never slouch, As long as my credit can vouch, A dog couldn't catch me straight up, Tell me who can stop when Dre making moves, Attracting honeys like a magnet, Giving 'em eargasms with my mellow accent, Still moving this flavour, With the homies Blackstreet and Teddy, The original rump shakers." I finished the rap part and Ed immediately began singing. "Shorty get down, good Lord, Baby got 'em open all over town, Strictly biz, you don't play around, Cover much ground, got game by the pound, Getting paid is a forte, Each and every day, true player way, I can't get her out of my mind, I think about the girl all the time"
Then we both decided to skip a part of the song and went to the chorus, which we sung together.

"I like the way you work it, No diggity, I got to bag it up, bag it up, I like the way you work it, No diggity, I got to bag it up. Heeo heeo heeo heeo"

We finished the song and I bursted out laughing after that. "Why the fuck are you singing pop rock when you could be rapping?!" Luke joked and I smiled while shaking my head. It was Charlotte's turn to spin the bottle now. She spun it around and it landed on Marcus. "Yaayy!" He yelled and I chuckled. "Which song?" Charlotte asked with a smile. "How about... Pumped Up Kicks?" He asked and Charlotte nodded. "You start?" She asked. He nodded and took a deep breath.

They were amazing. Marcus sung the first part, Charlotte the second and they sung the chorus together. It sounded really good. It went like that for a while, until it was Luke's turn. He was the last one in the group to spin the bottle since he was sitting next to Katy. He rubbed his hands together before quickly looking at me and spinning the bottle. The others were talking to each other, not noticing that Luke had already spinned the bottle. He looked at me and winked before stopping the bottle. It was pointed at me. "Okaay." He said to catch the attention again. They all looked up and saw that Luke and I had to sing together. "Hmm..." I said, tapping my chin. I walked to him and whispered in his ear, my lips grazing his ear on purpose. "Rude?" I asked and he nodded. I sat down again. "You begin?' He asked and I nodded. "Saturday morning jumped out of bed, and put on my best suit. Got in my car and raced like a jet. All the way to you. Knocked on your door with heart in my hands to ask you a question. 'Case I know that you're an old-fashioned man. Yeah." I sung. "Can I have your daughter for the rest of my life? Say yes, say yes 'cause I need to know. You say I'll never get your blessing 'til the day I die. Tough luck my friend, but the answer is No." Luke sung with a smile. We sung together: "Why you gotta be so rude? Don't you know I'm human too? Why you gotta be so rude? I'm gonna marry her anyway." We ended the song and the rest clapped. I smiled and caught Luke's stare before looking into the flames of the campfire. How did I get so lucky?
