A week goes by and everything is running smoothly. Billie has just let Delia and I be and we've been getting closer, even though I didn't think it was possible. Right now we're all eating lunch outside that got catered today. I already finished my meal and I'm just leaning against the outside of the bathrooms, watching the kids.

Cordelia walks up and leans on the wall next to me. "Hi there, miss" I say jokingly and she rolls her eyes. "Hey, little lady" she says making me fake gag and her giggle. "How are you today?" we ask at the same time and chuckle. I motion for her to go first.

"Pretty good. You?" She says, "it's nice. Calm. They seem really happy about the catered food. I mean I don't blame them. Iris does her best but it kinda tastes like ass" I chuckle and she nods in agreement. "Ally and Iris are sleeping in today because they're gonna watch the kids tonight" she says.

Before she can say anything else Billie comes over. God damn that woman with perfectly imperfect timing. "Hey, I need to talk to you really quick, Alicia. It'll only take a second" she says smiling apologetically at Cordelia. I pout at her and tell her I'll be right back, she nods and we step to the side.

I can still see Cordelia and I know she's in earshot so I also know Billie is up to something. "So I'm having a party tonight and was wondering if you want to come" she says. Her back is facing Cordelia so she motions with her eyes for me to say yes knowing that my immediate response would be no.

"Sure" I say trying to sound happy, "ok, I'll send you the address" she says kissing my cheek. Well that's new. She's really rubbing it in. "Sign in sheet is over there" she says pointing to it and I walk over to sign it and realize there's another sheet. I see Cordelia is also having a party. That's probably what she was going to ask me before Billie came over and beat her to it.

I knew she had something planned, that sneaky little bitch. I look at Cordelia's but don't see an address for it just like on Billie's. I just sign both and decide to deal with that later. I walk back over to her and she seems lost in her thoughts, arms crossed over her chest. "Hey. Sorry about that" I say and she nods understandingly. "So what we're you saying?" I ask, "I forgot" lie. She was going to ask me to the party then.

"I have to use the bathroom" she says before I can say anything else she disappears into the bathroom. I quickly head over to one of the kids in her cabin. "Hey, Kelsey" I say sitting next to her, "oh hey, Alicia" she says happily. I've kinda gotten to know all the kids and we get along really well since we're around the same age.

"Do you know anything about Cordelia's party?" I ask her and she thinks on it for a moment. "Apparently it's a tradition for them to have a party for the counselors. They always rent out air bnbs for the night that are right next door to each other" she informs me. Thank god because it'll be really easy to find then.

"Also, I do obviously want something in exchange for this valuable information" she says crossing her arms making me chuckle. I cross my arms too and stare her down, "no alcohol" I say and she shrugs. "Whatever. I want some of those buffalo sandwiches they always have. I've heard they're amazing from the older kids that have snuck in before" she say. Wow, to want such simple things. "I'll think about it" I say, I already know I'll bring them but I also know I have the upper hand.

"Maybe make demands before giving out the information next time" I pat her back while giggling and standing up. She pouts at me and I pat her head making her grumble before turning back to converse with her friends. Once they're all done, they get in their pajamas and head towards the gym. I see a refreshed Ally and Iris heading there as well.

I help them get the sleeping bags since it's sort of like a lock-in night. They're all going to be sleeping in the gym after the movies are done. I also helped them set up the projector because they were totally confused. Even though they wouldn't admit it, I could see it on their faces.
